Why would you tell us that? I mean, Kimbo's the only reason we could possibly have for watching the show, right?
Really ? You mean it's TUF's biggest audience to date ? ... Damn , i still don't have access to spike...I'm gonna download the episode via rapidshare (if i can find it)
http://www.ufc.com/index.cfm?fa=tuf10.newsDetail&gid=22551 The Spike TV telecast bested all competition on television in the advertiser-coveted demographics of Men 18-34, M18-49, M18-24, M25-34 including the highly-promoted network originals The Jay Leno Show, Americas Got Talent season finale, Glee, So You Think You Can Dance and the premiere of Beautiful Life. Overall, the record-breaking Spike TV telecast drew a 5.3 rating (1.5 million) in Men 18-34, a 4.3 in M18-49 (2.4 million), a 2.9 household rating and 4.1 million total viewers. All praise be to Kimbo!!!!
I told you the ****er is a cashcow. (+ i imagine there's also the curiosity factor of seeing ex-NFL guys in action inside an octagon)... Anyway , i've found links where i can download this...gonna watch it now.
Kimbo is a super street fighter who is billed as "fight anyone, anytime, anywhere" so please dont use that as an excuse. I like Kimbo as a man, but as a fighter he is far from good.
Let's just look at him as a fighter. He has tried to be a sprawl and brawl striker, several problems in that. He has developed a decent sprawl, by a decent one isn't enough. He has no power for a heavyweight, he couldn't ko the chinless Thompson in 3 rounds. His stamina is terrible; if he has no power he needs to win late, he can't. His striking other than boxing is nonexistent so far, and good kicking is hard to pick up. His chin is terrible. He's old. So in effect you have a Chuck Liddell with no wrestling, no power, no chin, no kicking offense or defense, and no gas. That leaves what? He is somewhat quick and fluid. That will not win him ****.
Kimbo is a humble guy and he's got some hands. I hope he wins, cause I like seeing him around. He should get more respect then he does, even though he came up off the street. Kimbo is alot more humble then the likes of Brock Lesnar, and other fighters.
Your not stating anything that no one isnt aware of. Kimbo is what he is. He's the current Tank Abbott of TUF/UFC. Iv got no problem with him getting his. Theres no point in dissecting his game when its abundantly clear he's just a guy off the street trying to get paid. Much like Tank in the early days he puts bums on seats.
Kimbo's not humble............... imagine meeting him 5yrs ago in the street, the **** wld try and **** ur ass....... He's a no good fuxck'n bum who got lucky with the youtube fad. A half decent fighter destroys him.... hehehehe, lets not mention that middleweight Seth P :yep
