    .
Just pray nobody will get seriously hurt in this fight... Boxing is already a very dangerous sport and they made it more dangerous with this ridiculous separate weight stipulations...

I hope the Boxing Commission is totally doing its job...

    - Different weight stipulations

    - Fight contract just changed/revised one day before the fight to accomodate some changes

    WTF is happening here?? :huh

honestly i think Floyd knew he would come in this weight from Jump.......why...because he will still campaign at WW and i think he wanted to stay as close to that weight as possible.

with that said i wish he just would have made weight it just gives people more ammo. also, on espn someone said that this might be a sign that maybe he didnt train as hard with so much going on in his corner and i thought about that too because Floyd Boxing wise is very disciplined so i want to think this was planned especially seeing as how it was in the contract that he could anyway.....just wish he came in with right weight though.

I dont think Floyd would want to hand over a few million dollars to Marquez over 2 poxy pounds in weight.

Floyd has always seemingly had a good handle on his weight and never made an issue of it.

For me, it points to Floyd not being as match fit as he originally thought he was.

All in all, it's a bit of a farce.

Void's venue, Void's judges, Void's referee, Void's commentators, Void's weight, etc., how sick. Pro Wrestling is more legit. Void's fans do not care about a legit fight, not at all. This is just as bad as the KKK/Republican racist *******s!

No, but you are ******ed, it's been proven.

Yeah, adding weight is such a bigger ***** than making weight.

:happy for a great warrior like JMM, you have to admire this guy for sticking around all these months and still making this fight happen.

Props to him for not making a big deal of this, indeed. Kind of wish the Floyd haters would do the same. Floyd may not have been able to make the catch-weight, but he made the welterweight limit, and so did JMM, obviously, and given the fact that PBF was willing to pay the penalty for coming in 2 pounds over the limit, it's not a big deal.

Let's see how the fight turns out.

    Contract didn't change.

As wrong as it is, this was always a welterweight fight, and never a catchweight fight. Only stipulation was, every pound over 144 Floyd was, he had to sacrifice purse to Marquez.

    This has happened before.
This is wrong, its not right, and its picking on the little guy, but its not cheating and it is legal. This is a welterweight fight. God help Juan. I hope he can do this.

lol juans a legend you dont have to worry yall make it seem like floyd is the freight train hes the imovable object hes not fighting shane. Floyd is hard to stop if he can be at all. hes difficult to get past. but he wont kill juan unless juan comes out in the 6 round winded floyd gets hit often when he opens up but he trusts roger if roger tells him to go get him like gatti he will if he says pot shot he will like with hatton
the few pounds wont make or break juan in this kinda fight with floyd

the weight means nothing in this fight the skill level is whats important and juan has the tools But as he got craftier and smarter at his age he got slower he needs the speed its not the weight but his age will work against him

Corrales said no, Campbell said no and I assure you as **** Pacquiao will say no as well if Cotto doesn't come as drained as they asked him to in the contract.

Many others said no as well, Marquez could do the same and go out with good money as well since it's not his fault and Mayweather can eat **** for it. Sadly the contract doesn't allow him to say no since it's signed as a welterweight fight with a 144 catchweight request both camps agreed on and Mayweather failed to do with a penalty to face. The penalty wasn't "cancel the fight" so that's not an option.
