Marquez had extra time to put the weight on the right way. Height dont mean **** and arm length dont mean ****. You sad ass pacwhores you look at the pic and you see two mother****ers almost equal in size and neither even look dehydrated like this.

All very well and good however boxing DOESN'T need matchups like this !

Mayweather's return is good for boxing no doubt about it ! Mayweather returning in a catchweight 9lbs above the weight his opponent has ever fought at, and then coming in 2lbs over the stipulated catchweight limit IS NOT GOOD FOR BOXING.

Floyd cannot have it both ways. He cannot keep telling everyone that he is indeed himself a small Welterweight and then refuse to come in at the cacthweight intended.

If he wanted a tune up fight before a potential 'Mega-Bout' with Pacquiao then he should have gone for Berto :good

So he wins this, he then beats Pacquiao. All he's achieved is beating up two men who were considerably smaller than him, and still avoided fighing somebody with his natural body size. If Pac beats Cotto convincingly it still isn't great coz he's forcing Cotto's hand the way Floyds forcing Juan's.

I'm still gonna watch the fight and I still respect the supreme talent both men have. And i'm still excited about seeing Floyd return to the sport. Whichever way you look at this its a ***** move and he shouldn't be commended in any way shape or form for it

All I hope now is that its a good fight and Marquez comes out of the ring afterwards a healthy man

Physical measurements don't lie if they are reported accurately.

Mike Tyson's reach used to be 71". When he fought Lewis, it was reported to be 79". Did someone stretched his arms leading to the fight?

Floyd weighed more but so did Pacquiao over Delahoya. The point is that the extra weights could come from any part of the body that does not necessarily converts to a size advantage in boxing context. In the above pix shown, JMM has clearly bigger head, bigger neck, bigger arms, and thicker body. Floyds extra weight could be due to him having thicker legs - hardly means he is the bigger boxer.

The more you look at the pic the more you laugh at these absurd whores. Even with the air max on which gives him what an inch? Air max aint heels..

like having strong legs wouldn't mean anything?

    ever heard of muscle density?

you don't judge a size difference by looks you judge it by WEIGHT.

physics doesn't care how thick you 'look' when you punch someone, it's about how much mass was in it.

Also, JMM inflated himself to get that big and still couldn't get high enough. What does that tell you about his frame?

Floyd is in control in everyway in this fight. I just wish he didnt have to be a dick to JMM and make him accept bad terms.

Looking at the pix, I can only :huh where is this 4" coming from. Floyd must have very long fingers cause their arms look about the same length.

And longer fingers don't mean **** in boxing..

Let us see during fight night. Floyd is known to weigh only about 147 to 149 lbs at fight night in his WW fights. JMM I believe weighed around that weight in some of his previous fights at lower weights..

Faster - subjective. IMO JMM has fater handspeed.

Younger - yes, but this is not a physical advantage.

More skiled - subjective once again. JMM is equally skilled IMO.

That is exactly the point of my thread - those people are delusional.

This weigh in gives the best perspective to see the size difference because they are stripped and at their fighting weight whereas before that Floyd is probably still trying to get down in weight from his 2 years inactivity.

PATSYS you are a clown :good

Marquez is faster and equally as skilled as Floyd ??? :huh

Anyways to the lad who posted about the weight not being a difference because most of it is in his legs :huh Do you idiots on here know where most of the power of a punch is generated from ???

If not take a look at Naseem :good

I don't buy that ****. Physcial appearance counts a lot.

I don't care what everybody say but Tito and DLH do not have business with Hopkins at 160. Nor does Tito with Jones at 170.

Oh is that why Skinny-legged Tommy Hearns is feather fisted?

And oh, you heard it right. JMM has faster handspeed that Floyd and is equally skilled. :good

That's it, he was a freak.

So that is why your scientifically proven statement about power all coming from the legs (which Floyd enjoys 2 lbs more "leg" power) holds true in all cases.

JMM still has faster handspeed than Floyd :tong :good

Moron, leg power, punching power, etc can be measured.

What can not be proven is your "conclusive" statement about more weights in legs, more power in punches. :patsch
