I do, just in the ways they report the fights over the broadcast. I take it they really don't appreciate UFC or have a dislike for it. I don't know the reason why. It jsut seems like this to me, after I saw Sportscenter after the last couple of UFC's. Anyone else think they are or are not?

Biased as opposed to what? Over other MMA shows? Well yes, they also have a bias for the NFL over the arena league. Over boxing? Well MMA is a much more in demand subject outside of the few big boxing fights a year.

I felt they were biased, by teh way the announced an pronounced and sumarized the event. Off the cuff remarks. Sort of like what they were airing the anchors could have cared less for.

LOOOL! Most ESPN reporters/announcers are amazingly ignorant of the sport of MMA. Most, if not all, still cling to cliche bias' about the sport, whereas if they spent 10 minutes reading up on the sport itself they'd find otherwise...

The only reason it's even on ESPN is the huge demand for it by fans. Otherwise, they wouldn't give a ****...so, I'll watch MMA Live (and their third rate studio which they're rushed out of weekly) and say **** ESPN. Garbage network.

I think that he was trying to say that they don't seem like they respect the UFC, or the sport of MMA.

They respect it enough to include an MMA section and the MMA Live show, which is admittedly, the bare basics when you consider the level of success that the UFC has sustained to this point.

If there is a bias, it's the fact that the UFC doesn't do business with them like the NFL, NBA, EPL, College Football and other sports do. They will cover it out of necessity, but they don't see any profit from it, so they bare bones the coverage.
