It's official. If Marquez beats Mayweather he will do something Pacquiao couldn't...

I think you mean something good but unfortunately many people here talk bad about a boxer to make their favourite boxers better.....

Haters are there..... and many hardcore fans (I call them fanatics) are big haters..... so, how many haters you think we have here????

I can show you many threads/post where you can see people putting down JMM, Pac, Floyd as just one more overrated fighter..... and that my friend includes Pac fans...

True enough. For my part I tend to avoid hater threads (unless something funny goes down or unless I feel like defending Pac)

I try to avoid those threads too..... you don't see me posting too often.....

I have had some discussions in the past with some posters but I try to keep it clean and give pros when I have to.... if I disagree with the person I am discussing a topic I say my point of view and if I am wrong I admitted..... peace :good

Look.....we can pull straws all day long. This isn't you or I trying to cut weight. This is an ELITE PROFESSIONAL. DLH has a camp, a team surrounding him with nutritionist, strenght and conditioning coaches, his own cheft and his personal trainer.....all with one goal in mind. To get Oscars body, mind and spirit ready for battle at least 8 weeks before a scehdule fight.

DLH made 154 no problems for Floyd and he was able to adjust to 151 for Forbes and 147 for PAC. No problems...not having to cut additional weight during the weigh ins, he was on weight each time and in each camp Oscar said there were no injuries and he peaked at the right time. He may not be in his physical prime but he's where he needed to be with the correct trainng and preparations before his matches.

You are reaching brah.....So because Floyd had to fight in a smaller ring and Floy faught his usual defensive and tatical fight given the level of opposition he faced it's suppose to be the reason DLH was able to take the P4P king 12 competitive and close rounds? Ok......Like i said....everyone has an opinion, and I just don't agree with all of them when I can't fight the logic within it. DLH had a good gamplan and FLyd adapted, adjusted and pull out the "W".

But the reason it was close b/c DLH was BIGGER, but he was also just as smart, talented and determined. Floyd was younger, faster, and the P4P best. But Floyd fights the way he did with Oscar when he faces guys who are a threat to him. The way he destroyed Gatti isn't the way he ***uth DLH b/c he knew he'd get his block knocked off being that busy. FLoyd is great b/c his ring intelligence is on 100. And he is able to keep his head in difficult situation when they present themsleves in the ring. He makes adjustments on the fly and never looses control of the fight. But had this fight been with a PRIME DLH and a PRIME Floyd at 147....the fight would have been competlely different.

Obviously you agree....which is fine, but based on the criteria I use to measure a fighter in terms of the level of performance he is at I can't agree with Alexis. With all due respect to Alexis. He's one of the true Greats of this sport and since he was friends with DLH he really could have had some concern which could be the reason for his opinion, but I'm more of an outside party who has no emotional connection to DLH. I just call it how I see it.

By that logic, hatton was shot to and DLH was old and dehydrated. How can a fighter be considered shot after losing only one fight?
