Floyd just DOMINATED Marquez. One thing I noticed from the get-go was that Marquez was too small for Floyd. Pac will have the same problem with Floyd. He is too small to be in the ring with Floyd. Floyd would beat him easily just like he did Marquez. Marquez gave Manny 2 close fights where a lot of people thought Marquez won. The only one Floyd should fight right now is Mosley, period. Cotto can not deal with Floyd's incredible defense and speed. It would be a repeat of tonite's fight. Mosley is the only one who could challenge Floyd right now. Floyd is just too fast and too skilled. Mosley's speed could help him against Floyd. Plus, Mosley can really hurt Floyd while the punches Marquez landed on Floyd did absolutely nothing. Floyd laughed at least 2 times when Marquez caught him flush on the face as the replays showed. Manny will not hurt Floyd, if Marquez couldn't do it, Pac won't either.

I'm starting to think that too after tonite. Pac might prove to be a bit too small and Cotto too slow. Mosley is gonna be the toughest and I think after tonite's events we're gonna get that fight from Floyd next.

I'm starting to think that you may be right. Pac has the speed, but I doubt he has the power to have any real effect on Floyd's proven sturdy chin. Now against Shane is another story. I feel its a much more competetive fight and we fight fans should rally and petition until it happens.

It was clear in the fight Floyd was bigger. I've always said I think Floyd would beat Pac but I would still like to see it but not if it gets in the way of Floyd fighting REAL top welters. I'd much rather see Floyd fight Shane, I'm afraid Shane is too old, but still.

Yes, Shane maybe the guy that can give Money May a much greater challenge but the biggest fight out there is still Money May vs. Pac... Shane deserves to be left in the cold.

All of that is true but Pacquiao is far and away the most profitable fight.

    Unfortunately that's all that matters.

C'mon, it's not like there's no money to be made in this fight. Floyd and Shane would definitely make a lot of $ together. I'm sure HBO wouldn't mind setting this up.

Cotto and Pac will do their own thing and Floyd and Shane theirs. Winners can meet each other early to mid 2010. Everybody wins.

Yes but Cotto is damaged goods now, and it was a close fight anyway.

Hmm.. my guess is lots of people are now really desperate to see Money Mayweather lose that's why they love to see Shane as May's next opponent. :)
