    Very well said.

Just like how a father will talk about his son. :good

I was very impressed with JMM. I did expect him to go down within 4 rounds and him lasting the whole fight is an accomplishment in itself. He exceeded expectation.

I think Floyd carried the fight. Floyd had a lot of respect for Marquez.

Marquez is one of my favorite fighters, and I have nothing but the utmost respect for him as well. A TRUE warrior in the ring!

Kudos to JMM for fighting his all to the finish eventhough coming short. With all due respect to the TS about his mention to MAB. I have to say, Kudos to MAB as well for giving his all (vs. PAC in 2nd fight) to the finish eventhouh coming short.

Two great mexicans of this era! Respect!

Watch the fight again bro......Mayweather did not carry Marquez......to his own admission, Mayweather said he pushed for the KO in the late rounds but that Marquez was too tough to get out of there......

Mayweather's exact words I believe from ESPN, "there is a reason why Marquez has never been stopped!

....by the mid to late rounds, Marquez had a good gauge on Mayweather's power, and from my perspective took his shots very well.

.....the problem for Marquez imo was'nt skill or know how......he's just as talented boxistically as Mayweather.
....but the problem for Marquez was that being the smaller fighter, he was neither faster, quicker, or even stronger than Mayweather.

I did'nt agree with alot of the stuff said by Emmanuel Steward during the fight, but I whole heartedly agreed with his assertion that there is a reason the sport has weight divisions!

Size my friend does matter.....and I'll appreciate even Mayweather when Kellerman said to Mayweather, "you were right when you earlier had said that a great big man like yourself would always beat a good little man like Marquez.....to wish Mayweather interupted Kellerman and said, "correction, a great little man like Marquez!"

Without realizing, Mayweather was taking something away from his own victory when he spewed that truth!:D

Bro, Marquez went down in the 2nd round from a hook.......but when did his legs go jelly????
Never.....the man was so well conditioned my brother mentioned to me during the fight, "wow, its the last round and Marquez still looks like he can go more without a problem.

I agree and what the F^&k is with the whole PBF not telling anyone his actual weight.

Which we all know was 10 pounds heavier than poor old Juan.

Mayweather i dont know how he gets fans.

The thing that irks me is that Mayweather feels he own no one an explanation for his unsportmanlike conduct of not honoring the contract weight limit.

.....at the very least he should have publicly apologized for not being able to shed the pounds........but instead we get the vibe from him that he's entitled to have done what he did!:-(.........according to Mayweather, everyone else can go **** themselves if they dont like it......

.....and then he wonders why people hate him.:nut

What gets me is why the F*(k not many have made a huge issue about this.

And also im wondering why the F*(k ODH a guy that cant stand PBF bailed him out with the IRS.

Juan Manuel Marquez, a true Mexican Warrior.

This man deserves all of our respect.

It was a sad time seeing him lag behind against the bigger faster Mayweather.

But Marquez kept his pride intact and made us all proud.

I can't wait for your next fight Gran Campeon Azteca!:good

Who has called Divas a *******? I said he was demonstrating the same mentality as a *******, who have to discredit other greater fighters in the process of talking up another. What did last night's showing have anything to do with Barrera? Marco paid his dues, he fought the best fighters of his generation, just like Marquez has. Barrera has the much better resume in my estimation, but Juan did me proud last night. He never looked like wilting.
