what surprised me was how predictable marquez was.

it was those same flurries over again that marquez was going with.

and time and again mayweather just blocked em off with ease.

marquez is usually so pinpoint as well.

    mayweather is different class.

Credit where credit is due, that was masterclass and arguably one of Floyd's best performances despite the weight issues.....

And for the record I was giving Floyd a hard time about the weight issues before last night, but he would of beat all fighters from 135 up to 154 with that performance last night....Very impressed.

I loved the cameo by Mosely and BHop at the end, hilarious.
Its also good to see that kellerman has grown a set of testicles although he should of let Floyd talk when he grabbed the mic cos i'm pretty sure what he was gonna say would of been hilarious

The extra weight didn't mean ****, Floyd was just the better fighter all around last night.

Marquez couldn't touch him, and Floyd landed at 50%+.

Mayweather boxed well as always, showing terrific defensive skills. I would've preferred more combinations.

His size was an advantage, as JMM didn't seem to carry the weight too well, but it was much more skills and speed (even JMM at the lower divisions is clearly slower than PBF) that won it for him than size. Personally I doubt much would change if they were the same size, other than JMM maybe winning a couple more rounds, or at least one.

It was a decent choice in opposition considering the 21 months off, but next fight for Mayweather better be against someone who's proven that he can perform at a high level at WW.

I don't think -2lbs of muscle would've done anything in tonight's fight. He dodged and blocked tremendously and Marquez only landed 12%? Would've been the same deal, I think!

Do you think he would look that perfect against a more competitive opposition such as Paul william or a bigger fighter ?

Thought Floyd was impeccable tonight i dont like the bull**** he pulled with the weight and i think to some degree the fight was slightly farcial,However He showed no signs of ring rust,Speed still there,Defence perfect only wish he threw some more combos and had taken Marquez out earlier it was sad to see JMM beaten that badly but perhaps Floyd wanted to carry him to the end as a sign of respect, I still think the fight Mayweather should go for next is Manny Pacquiao if he fights Shane now and beats him then people will say just say he is over the hill but if he beats Pacquaio then there is no way people can take anything away from him beating the guy many think did better against his common opponents and is younger and in his prime.

I expected Floyd to win by KO at the 4th round. Hence winning by wide UD is not good enough. He has all the tools to stop Marquez but he can't.
