Who gives him the toughest test, even if not beats him. Answer based on any realistic weight.

I'm thinking Mosley. If Pacquiao destroys Cotto, then I'd elevate his competiveness past Shane, but that's a big IF.

    Williams or Pac

    no one else

prime Mosley would have given Floyd all he could manage, but at this age, not a chance

Tough call. Depends which Mosley shows up. The guy who beat Collazo and Margarito, or the guy who effectively lost and was losing to Cotto and Mayorga. For me, styles nothing on those; he's hot and old man cold at this point.

    Either Mosley or Cotto.

Clearly Williams due to the size and punch output.

Can Williams even still comfortably make 147?

I voted Mosley. His straight right is the key, and Williams don't hit that hard as a welterweight.

    Cotto/Mosley pose the best fights.

Pac get's beat by Mayweather as well
IMO, @ 147lbs Mayweather beats Williams. (UD)

    Williams then Pacquiao.

I don't think Cotto or Mosley would be tough.

    I agree 100 per cent.

Cotto has a shot to beat Pac but he matches better up with mayweather.
    Mosley is very dangerous.

Floyd negates everyone's workrate drastically. This won't be the big advantage to Williams some think.

Mosley is tougher to me. He hits harder, is faster than Williams @ 147, and has an iron chin.

Me too. I said based on any realistic weight so I allowed for a Williams fight at 154.

Shane is still the tougher fight.

If Williams somehow dominates/wins decisively against Pavlik, I'll give him the nod. Until then, I got Shane in this poll.

I'm going to have to go with the one who throws 100 punches a round and has a 10-inch reach advantage!
