Who's next for Floyd? Shane can't beat him, Pac definitely can't beat him...

The only fighter who can give Floyd a true fight is Paul Williams at 154, but..............................the fight I want to see next for Floyd is Shane Mosley. That is the fight everyone clearly wants to see. Floyd will shut out Shane, but I'd like to see what happens if Shane lands a bomb. That is the mystery of Shane-Floyd lol...

Shane can't beat Floyd imo, Pac or Cotto definitely can't beat Floyd. Berto can't beat Floyd. Floyd has to go to 154 and fight PW should he beat Pavlik. Yesterday showed that Floyd is still the fastest, best defensive fighter in the game. After last night, I don't want to see PAc-Floyd which is a mismatch imo. If the fight is made of course I'll watch it, but PAc can't beat Floyd. He's too small.

JMM didn't look that bad, imo Floyd just looked that good. JMM like everyone else was reduced to having his punches blocked or missing Floyd totally. JMM said Floyd was too big for him. He was. JMM's chin is one of the best chins I ever saw in the ring. Floyd was a blur at times, and JMM took his shots well.

Yesterday after the fight, Shane entered the ring to let fans know that he wants a fight with Floyd politely, and Floyd almost went balistic saying I don't interrupt your interviws Shane. Shane clearly just wanted to let fans know that he wanted to fight. People had to be separated for a sec, and cooler heads prevailed. After that...Floyd got aggravated, and even took the mic from Kellerman and told him he talked too much, and Kellerman is a Floyd fan who was going to give him props when he mentioned Pac's name. Kellerman aggravated by the mic grab threw it back to Jim Lamp, and said, "Jim" lol...

I have to admit, Floydcted like a true *******, and I was going to keep on believing he was a ull time ******* until I saw his interview on ESPN news, and after he calmed down, he gave Shane, Dawson, Dlh, Hop, Berto, and a few others their props as great champions during his interview. With Hop, Dlh and Shane standing in back of him, Floyd said he didn't want to call anyone out, but did say that he beat JMM worse than PAc did and that JMM went life and death with JMM.

Floyd addressed a queston about what happened between him and Shane at the post fight press cnference, and Floyd said, he just did not like being interrupted during his post fight press conference because he never crashes anyone else's post press conference to demand a fight. Floyd would not say who he wanted next, but clearly you can see it's either Shane or Pac. Floyd is waiting for PAc, and if that can't be made, Shane would be next. Pac has snowball's chance in hell of beating Floyd. I'd rather see Shane-Floyd!

I now do see why many people think Floyd is an ******* though lol. At times he can be overbearing, and humble.

 

I don't think Floyd was much of an ******* during that interview. Mosley did bumrush his interview and Kellerman wouldn't let him talk. It was frustrating. Everyone wouldn't hear what Floyd had to say and Kellerman wouldn't let him talk. Anyway, Floyd should fight Pac next if he wins. If Pac loses, he should go after Shane.

It would be foolish to completely rule out Shane Mosley's chances of beating Floyd.

Oscar's size and strength gave Floyd problems early on in their fight, but that wasn't a good enough version of Oscar to compete with someone as skilled as Floyd for the full duration. Mosley is still fit enough, fast enough, and strong enough to compete hard for 12 rounds.

Floyd has never faced anyone as physically imposing as Shane. He has never faced anyone who hits as hard as Shane. He has never fought anyone who throws faster, better combinations than Shane.

Basically, he has never fought anyone as good as Shane.

Floyd would start as favourite in that fight, but to completely rule him out as you are doing is silly.

The more I read it, the more I do actually believe Floyd would do the same to pac as he did to JMM, if they fight at anything above 145. He was absolutely masterful last night, and to think he could quite easily turn up at 147 and agree to pay a fine against a 144/5 pac....

 

I maybe alone on this but I really would like Floyd to take on Joan Guzman at a catchweight.

Guzman has the skills, speed and reflexes to match Floyd.

I know though that there is a bout 1% chance of this fight happening..

 

DLH fought Floyd at 154... Dlh had his gloves and ring size in his favor, and he still lost. Floyd won't just stand there and let Shane hit him like AM did. Shane can be outboxed. Floyd-Shane now isa UD waiting to happen with shane only having a pucnhers chance in this fight...imo of course.

 

He didn't run last night lol...
