I do think Floyd looked a little intimidated last night. He surely does recognize that Mosley would be the strongest welterweight opponent he could ever face. What do you think? :bbb
That's a bull**** reason. Is Mosley as big a ppv attraction as Judah or Baldomir or Sharmba Mitchell? A win over a proven HOF fighter like Mosley who is also the current number 1 welterweight would do a lot for Floyd's legacy, and would do good business too.
I voted no. If you look at it again both Floyd and Shane are cool until B Hop comes over then everyone starts getting agitated. B Hop is the master instigator lol
Floyd isn't scared of Shane. They may fight if he doesn't take on Cotto/Pac winner. The problem is, IF Floyd beats Shane (which it should be an even scrap), everyone will flood this place with threads about how Shane is 35, 36 years old and past his prime, and you all know it.
Floyd would destroy shane with the jab. If a mediocre boxer like Cotto could outbox Shane then Floyd would rule. Maybe back in the day when Shane was young and on EPO. But not anymore.
Floyd is afraid of anybody that is 147 its obvious his last two fights having smaller guys move up what do you think? and now he is going after Manny Pac.....
it dosnt matter who fights who these days theres an excuse already made - maybes he should fight williams who is a big weler in his prime that would get him credit
lets see... Marquez & Hatton moved up to fight Floyd... whereas Tito/ Oscar/ Wright/ Calzaghe/ Pavlik/ all moved up to fight Hopkins.. Hopkins knows all about being the bigger man
Williams is now a 6'1 middleweight. But he if he could make 147 then he is the only person who i think can present a serious challenge for Floyd.
If you wish to see one fighter intimidated by another I suggest you check out Hakkar vs. Hopkins, Tyson vs Bruno, Tyson vs McNeely, etc. What you did not see last night was Floyd "intimidated" by Mosley. The mere thought is laughable.
