WHO is more interesting to WATCH?!

Those Mayweather fights were chess matches. It takes a true fan of the sweet science to appreciate those fights. The lamen is EASILY more interested in, and entertained by Pacquiao. The skill level is not as high, so the Floyd fights interest me more.

 

You got me there! I must admit. It was very exciting watching Marquez outbox Pacquiao and make him look like an amateur at moments. :think

However, Mayweather toyed with the p4p2 fighter, who arguably beat Pacquiao twice, and to me that was much more interesting! :good

 

Mayweather was interesting against Marquez, however he put me to sleep againts este Judah, etse Hoya and Hugton and Boltimir.People quickly forget because of Yesterday which he was magnificent and therefor won some fans.

Pacquiao vs Marquez shits on all those fights, it isnt even fair.

 

pacman has the more interesting fights (Pacquiao vs Marquez 1,2, Morales 1, Barrera 1)

but Mayweather to me is far more interesting as a fighter.

 

if you want to watch a great war and a back in 4th action watch pac, if you want to see fighters get dominated watch mayweather.its a simple one for me, its about what you are in the mood for.

 

They interest me in differing ways. I love to watch Mayweather box, because there really is no other currently active pro that can elevate the sport to an art form in the way Mayweather does. I don't particularly like the guy, but he's an excellent, classy fighter who can be truly enjoyable to watch.

Pac also interests me, but he appeals to the wilder aspect of boxing, the explosive speed and power that stuns audiences. Normally I enjoy watching Mayweather more, but Pac is catching up, because he's beginning to polish his skills to go with his athletic qualities -- that first KD against Hatton, for example, was a thing of beauty. Timed to perfection, tight, speedy, and followed by a smooth duck/pivot and sidestep. Lovely.

 

PBF is a better boxer, but Pac is more excitin to watch.

 

Terrible thread cause umm "who's more exciting to watch"? Mayweather or Pacquiao? You expect some will say Mayweather is more exciting to watch?

 

Pac is far more interesting to watch. Flawed fighters often are, those that are likely to get hit, as well as go for the big hit themselves.

That's why Heavyweight has always been the "pinnacle" of the sport, because most of the time the guys that fight there do not have the skill level and thus have to bang their opponent out of there, ala Mike Tyson.

 

PAC is in the top 3 most exciting fighters in the world... I think Floyd's name nowhere to be found in the top 10...

PAC won the latest ESPY "Best Fighter" award over the likes of Mosley, MMA's Lyoto Machida and one more guy I forgot the name...
