I also wonder about his use of the forearm/elbow when he is on the ropes and his opponent is coming in.

He did it a lot against Gatti and Hatton, very noticeable, but never got pinged for it.

theres a lot more truth in what you just wrote than a lot of his fans would like to admit.

He also used his left elbow to push marquez away and gain some space..

    Was that legal?

He did that against Hatton, Hatto lost a point for hitting behind the head.

That is pretty bad. Send on to HBO or Brian Kenny, I'm sure they'd address the legality of it.

I believe the answer given earlier that he does it only momentarily about sums it up. It's not a huge infraction and is a tough one to call accurately, but could be addressed. Although I don't even know that it is technically illegal, especially if done in a single down/up motion.

But he shouldn't have to. I mean, his skills...he's untouchable.

You have to love the General Forum.

Dude asks a legit question and backs it up with images and gets the **** ripped out of his nationality, and his perceived like of Kessler (probably based on his name, and nationality). Way to go guys.

JMM should have punched his back (not that it would even hurt PBF, couldnt even feel JMM's punches:yep) just so the ref could have given a warning.=)

He does that all the time ducking all the way below waist line then shoulder roll showing his back to the opponent then runs, how then a fighter will able to land on him if he uses all this illegal tactics **** Mayweather he is nothing just a cheater and a runner, I never saw that style in my life because is illegal.
