:lol:the guy is ignorant as ****, if the 130 pound floyd from 2001 were to fight the 130 pound JMM from 2008, no doubt the fight would be far more competitive, Mayweather would probably win a close decision 7-5 rounds.

DLH is a terrible speaker, he's a walking cliche. I've never understood his charm or charisma, his comments are bland and lack any insight.

in the first place, he allowed floyd and oscar to get away with it. come to think of it he has no choice but to accept $600k since walking out of the fight would cost him his career high payday.

    Exactly!

Who's punches actually DID do something to Mayweather? :think

Maybe one or two fights out of 40, perhaps!

It was an impossible fight for Marquez. They are both at the same skill level but Floyd had more reach and speed so Marquez couldn't win outside. Marquez also couldn't win inside because Floyd was way bigger. Also the counters that Marquez landed( and there were some clean flush counters he landed) had no effect on May because Juan had no power.

pugilistic power, why are you going on with something everyone who watched the fight knows is not true. whats your angle? if i can find 3 flush shots to floyds face from marquez, will you leave the forum? if i cant find them, i will leave. have some integrity and try the truth for a change.

For whats it worth, JMM landed one solid punch ..a straight right in the second? when Floyd was in the ropes..It bothered Floyd a bit and he acknowledged it. The reach advantage was tremendous..the guy was huge JMM couldnt reach him.

I agree with absolutely everything Oscar said in that press conference. Manny would most likely get steamrolled also.

This fight should have never been made. Even with the catch weight, JMM was still underweight, while Floyd came in overweight. They had no business fighting each other. This fight proved nothing except Floyd can beat a smaller man.

I'd say he's been considered a power puncher as soon as he started taking on 130 lb light weight division guys! Blow it out your ass buddy...

Do you want to make your points as to why you disagree or continue to be ridiculous? Just to clarify, if Mayweather vs Pacquiao got it on, I'd be cheering on Manny.
