A much bigger and faster welter weight can't knock out a light weight. No really, why not end the fight with an EXCLAMATION MARK...common you are fighting a SMALLER guy.:patsch

Cause he has a boring safety first aproach and takes caution to the limit.

This guy just ran ran ran. I was seriously bored during the fight, the most exciting part was the interview with Mayrunner and Shane.

He did not have to take the risk, because he was so comfortably ahead.

He is to smart to worry about a KO, he does not give a **** about what you think.

I am starting to appreciate his approach more and more as time goes by.

It was one hell of a performance, from one hell of a fighter.

Let's not forget that JMM took Pac to the limit and could hardly land on Floyd !!

Let's remember the PAC TKO over DLH when DLH took PBK to the 12 only to lose by a controvesial split decision.

Why didn't Pacquiao when he threw everything at JMM?

Like cubex said, he didn't push for it, he sat back, racked up the rounds and put on a masterclass.

Choose any of the following, or all of them:

    A) He respects JMM and wanted to give him the honor of finishing the fight.

    B) He knows he ****ed him with the weight and felt bad

    C) He bet on himself to win by decision

    D) He just didn't give a **** and didn't want to take ANY risks

    E) He wanted the rounds for experience

    I say all 5 :good

I honestly didnt wanna see a ko
I didnt know how much bigger floyd was until they started fighting.
I felt he could have soon as jmm rocked him with a over hand right and it was beautiful
    Floyd smiled and dropped him.
Floyd could have put him away instead he decided to show off his skill and box. I woulda felt some kind of way of watching that warrior get killed out there.

People say what Floyd did was "boring". I thought it was damn amazing watching him in there. The speed, footwork, skill, defense, the way he would land and then completely duck or slip the counters was brilliance.

You just made a thread that stated that Floyd will KO JMM in 4 rounds and I agreed with you as I also predicted Floyd to win by KO in 4 rounds.

I am disappointed at Floyd because he can't do it and here you are defending Floyd again on why he can't even KO JMM. :-(

Just tell me if you want some Floyd mouthwash and I will give you some.

Do not compare the JMM that fought Pac as they fought in the lower weights where JMM is more effective. If you want to compare their common opponents, you might as well include DLH and Hatton in the conversation. Of course you don't like it.

Bottom line, as a fighter if you can finish a fight you go for it. Being a great finisher is a mark of a great fighter and just because you dont' "have to" finish a guy doesn't mean you shouldn't. It would've been great for floyd in negotiations with pac to knock out JMM and it would've added to his fanbase.

No excuse not to knock him out impressively. None.
