I have no problem with Floyd's style he's my favorite fighter to watch, but let's not act like Floyd can't finish people. He stood toe to toe with Corley, he got Hatton out of there when he had him hurt, and he evicirated Gatti. We both know he's versatile enough to finish a former lightweight, but yet he didn't. I feel like that was a mistake and he deserves to be critisized for it.

Mosley and Cotto would have finished him and that matters because it means that JMM has no business at 147 if there's no concievable way he could win let alone go twelve rounds with a top 5 WW. Clottey, berto, shane and Mosley all finish him, what does that say about Marquez as a welterweight? What does Floyd not finishing him say about floyd?

I doubt he was 7-1 thats a lie especially in the amateurs. Then again Texas at that time might not have had alot of good fighters in their LBC who knows.
