I wonder if Ward can control most of the action like Mayweather did with his speed and skills? Even some what like Mayweather did. I do see this being a closer fight than Mayweather's last night.

 

Agree! But the worst thing is that the most hardcore Ward "sack swingers" are actually saying that Kessler is simply nothing but national hype by danes:nut Double-standard when its most ridicilous!

 

Well the said sack swingers are probably not into boxing, but more in to name calling and slandering.
Any sane person who has followed SMW for the last couple of years recognize Kessler as the man at SMW after Calzaghe retired.

 

What happened in the past will no longer be relevant come fight night. You Kessler fans, err...Kessler sack swingers, can go ahead and cling to the past. Ward fans will be looking ahead.

 

I believe that started after Kessler people initiated those statements about Ward. All you have to do is read over the thread....which is too long for that now.

 

Who started what has nothing to do with an informed discussion about the Kessler Ward fight. If people talk shite then ignore them and state your informed opinion as to why you do not agree with them. Anything else is silly because the result is a 23 page thread full of childish name calling.

the great thing about this tournament is that its going to show who is 'the real deal' and whos been living on borrowed time.

ironically its going to be taylor who will be used as a measuring stick because hes easily been in with the better quality of fighter and dethroned an ATG.

You have not yet proven one thing about the stylistic matchup or anything similar to a boxing discussion that would convince any boxing expert, that Ward has the tools etc to beat Kessler.

All you have given this discussion is alot of name calling and your "feeling" and perceptions from the gym that Ward will kick Kesslers arse (and all the other participants in the super six).

Try explaining why Ward stylewise (including his lack of experience and questionable chin and the other questions we have on Ward) will beat the crap out of Kessler (who also has some issues).

That could bring you back on track as some kind of valuable poster in this Ward vs Kessler discussion.
