    A lot of posters here are excited for the SSM-PBF fight for the Ring welterweight championship. Little do they know that the winner of pacquiao-cotto would be crowned the best welter today!!!


    Forget SSM-PBF showdown, Pacquiao would be #1 WW by the end of the year!!!

    Cotto is going to mutilate pacquiao. Too many people are dillusional. Cotto is the first real WelterWeight that Pac man has fought.
    Does everyone seem to forget that DLH used to be a P4P great, and wasn't even in the top 50 when he fought pacquaio? You think the Ali that destroyed cleveland williams would have lost to leon spinks?
    Where are the educated boxing fans? This forum has been a big display of how much knowledge is lacking.

    if cotto beats pac then by all means he deserves to be the top WW. he has better resume at 147 than mosley and PBF

    DLH is still in the top 30 when he fought pacquiao and with a huge size advantage. DLH lost a split decision to PBF a year earlier

    Even if Pac did beat Cotto he would not be the top WW. Mosley is to me actually.
    Pac has only had one fight at WW so far and it was against a guy who was not even ranked at WW.
    Cotto while he is the number 2 WW in my book would not be a big enough win to propel him over Mosley.
    Asero do u even think it would be wise for PAc to face PBF??? YOu cant be that blind. PBF holds all the advantages. MAybe Pac might have more power. Maybe but thats all he would hold over PBF...

    I dont know why, but if pac fights pbf I have a feeling that his straight left will land constantly on floyd.

    your forgetting the styles match up here.
    What is gonna happen when Pac goes in with a punch then PBf ducks it and counters it with a left hook or right hand lead. Pac still gets off balance with his punches which is a counter punchers wet dream.

    pac has too many flaws to correct. if he manages to correct at least 50% of these he can even beat PW.
