A lot of people on this site had stated prior to the Mayweather v Marquez fight that no one will pay to see it, it was a mismatch and a joke and that both these boxers couldn't draw flies.:rofl The early indication suggests it did well over 600k ppv buys with no belt on the line, i fight that was deemed as a complete MISMATCH and not worth peoples money.:yep Would any of you people who said this like to comment?op
Hard to say but they know who they are. And im waiting for them. I could name you one BUXER and the other one Blade Runner and there are many more i am going to expose once the final numbers are announced. To me anything over 600k is a great achievement for both fighters. But 1million that would be incredible
It was a bit of a mis-match, and I'm surprised how succesful its been. But people who I'd never known to have an interest in boxing, actually mentioned it to me. Seems to have reached quite a wide audience.

Even if it did well in PPV buys, it still wasn't the best fight available for PBF, as was only proved during the fight. It's not like most came out happy after the fight and felt it was only fitting the fight did happen like it was imperative for the fight to happen. A better scenario would be if PBF fought Mosley and did well in PPV.
