    Okay i could do a 'new and reviewed list', which would be something derived from my time and knowledge acquired on this website. But i'm going to revert to a list i would have had as a less informed student of boxing history.

    I love it, actually. And you're the only guy apart from me that has Britton, even if I do mysteriously have him at #3.

    If it was a different thread, I'd want to hear a great deal from the guys who have Lewis above Britton.

    He's the name they're more familiar with, therefore they don't really find it neccessary to take into account the actual results of their long, arduous series.

    Plus some of his other top-drawer results throughout a near 200 win career at WW. I suspect he'll be the big miss from this list like Williams was the big miss from the MW one. Though you would argue Steele no doubt.

    McGrain and Sweet Pea, i've always had Britton greater than Lewis at welterweight. He's not on my list due to a combination of him slipping my mind and it being a division packed with great fighters.
