Yeah I dont think this is going to be the Lennox-period slowfoot one-punch plodder, I think he will be surprisingly sharp. Hes probably never going to be the 225lb "Terminator" period guy that beat Ruiz and outlasted guys with his stamina and volume (not 1-punch power) because he had Lou Duva pushing him then, telling him he could be champ

If he wins this and looks good, I dont think he can beat V Klit, but he could beat a few of the top 10 guys

I dont think anyone but the man himself could tell you the whole story. Did he become disinterested? Apathetic? Bored? Who knows.
One thing I do know is that one ruling by a judge here in NZ meant that for a long time if he fought Barry and Pugh got a share of his winnings due to the contract he had signed with them.
Considering how ripped off he was feeling I cant imagine him wanting to line their pockets any more than he already had.

As you say Darky...was a very nasty and horrible time for David and his family...but it's ova now, and Davids back!!
David will be 235lb...which the team believe is his best weight....this fight will not go more than 3-4 rounds....then look to Team Tuaminator calling out Kali Meehan next !!??!!

    Why not? I'm on.

He's still got power, he's still aggressive & imtimidating and he can take the punch of any heavy out there.

Tua's only chance for a title: Haye beats Valuev, defends against Tua, gets sloppy somewhere in the fight and Tua wins on one huge punch while trailing on the cards.

He can't beat the Klitschkos and is just too small to land punches on Valuev.

I have been helping hype this fight for months now through posting updates/videos as well as interviewing Aussie boxers/promoters and asking them their predictions. I can't wait for this fight. I'm onboard the train.

    WAR TUA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm all for any boxer making a comeback and bringing more excitement to the fight game, especially in the heavies. I'm not a huge Tua fan, but I would have loved for him to have been more active over the years. He missed out on a lot of money in the past five years or so.

And we fans probably missed out on some exciting KO's.
