He'd be the undisputed champion, no doubt.

Wouldn`t go quite that far, he would nab a belt or two but George had his limitations and he wouldn`t be undisputed champion, no way.

Wouldn`t go to that extreme either, George was limited in the boxing skills department but he had other intangibles that would have served him well however, notably his iron will and chin along with his dedicated body attack and mean/dirty streak in the ring, George was no easy nights work for anybody even when he was soundly beaten.

I agree 100 percent Ragin, George Chuvalo was limited but do you think he would get in the ring and just allow himself to be hit over and over again and not punch back like the big loser Tony Thompson did againt Wladimir Klitschko? Do you think he would fight like a coward like that nobody Juan Carlos Gomez did against Vitali? Chuvalo would keep coming and coming and coming and todays fighters cant handle that type of pressure, Well Vitali and Wlad cant. John Ruiz wouldnt be able to hold and claw his way to a victory over Chuvalo.

The heavyweight division is so horrible that a fighter like John Dino Dennis would be champion today.

More like the top two, those two being the Klitschko brothers. I wouldn't favor any other current HW over him to be honest.

I think Gomez would make Chavalo look real slow in the ring. Chavalo was a tough guy, but he wasn't a big puncher. He was small, and on the slow side. As much as I despise Ruiz, I see him taking a decision over Chavalo.

Having said that, with good management behind him, Chavalo could get into the top ten and secure a title shot.

John Dino Dennis champion today? Over the Kltischko's. That's really going out there on a limb.

Both Klitschko brothers would destroy him from long range, though he'd have some success against Wladimir. I would pick both to stop him before 12, even though he has that chin.

I would be very curious to see him fighting against some of the overweight giants throwing 20 punches a round -- he's ideally equipped to handle them. He has the chin to survive the occasional bomb while maintaining a sufficient workrate to set a pace they can't follow.

This is how I see it. The heavyweight division is at a far lower standard now, than when it was when Chuvalo was active. He'd go the distance with both Klitsckos.
