Forget about that, the winner of Haye-Valuev will have to face Ruiz next, and the winner of that fight probably Chagaev again.

I think Toney should retire before he gets hurt. Jones as well, they've made their money and are stone wall legends, why risk your legacy against someone you would have walked through a decade earlier? They just cant let go.

The outcome of that fight is impossible to predict, because

-we don't know what Toney really has got left

-we don't know what Haye brings to the table at HW. He's totally unproven as a HW.

But stylewise, I think Haye is just right for Toney. You can say Haye will be too fast, too strong, he'll jump in and out and stuff, but from what we know from Haye he doesn't have good stamina and I'd expect him to tire in the middle rounds. If Toney has ANYTHING left, he will be there for the full 12rds, pressuring a tired Haye and countering the **** out of him. Haye leaves himself wide open when throwing these Hayemakers, Toneys precise counter right hand and left hook would find their mark. Plus Hayes power would be useless against Toney, as power is the last thing to bother Toney with. Toney UD

Too be fair to Haye he had bad stamina as a cruiserweight where there its a lot faster. No-one really knows how his stamina is as a heavyweight

IMHO, At this point, I do not think Toney could beat Haye.

Do I WANT Toney to win? Thats a big yes.

But Haye is too young and fast. I agree, the Toney of, say, 3 years ago could probably beat Haye easily, but unless he does something special (which legends tend to do) the night of the fight I dont think he will beat haye.

    Full 12. 116-112 haye.

Haye has awful stamina, he looked sluggish in his last fight against Barrett and that didn't last long... he'll probably get sparked by Valuev anyway, although i do want to see him win

Whatever the outcome the prefight trashtalking would be a mind blower.

At this juncture Toney is way past his best but he's so damn cagey and Haye a bit sloppy at times I wouldn't be shocked if Toney pulled off the upset.
    But I'd bet on Haye.

    Weight drained Haye beat Mormeck.

Haye cant make cruiser any more. Toney doesnt stand a chance at Heavy.

firstly check your avatar your clearly a big toney fan so you would think that. toney is not the force he once was and his sharpness and good chin cant remain forever.Granted his record speaks for its self but at his age he is to inactive to stop haye it would be a good fight to watch but haye would be the victor..:thumbsup
