this is the 3rd time shane running down the list of fighters and leaving out williams name.

also he was offered more money to fight williams- actaully he was more money than he has made since fighting oscar. im sorry not that long ago shane was 10 seconds from losing to mayorga, he was out boxed by cotto- what kills me more than anything else is this: how in the hell is shane the best ww when he lost to cotto? shane has beating 1 top 10 ww and cotto has beating 3 (including shane) all this hot **** he is talking now is just talk- since feb. berto, clottley and cotto offered to fight shane- hell he signed to fight clottley and backed out- the funny **** since he is looking past berto he might slip up and lose. 3 or 4 fights next year MY ass- remember he said he did not fight floyd because he had already fought 2 times that year- here is a question for the shane fans- when was the last time shane was on PPV? cotto fight (625,000) over the past 5 years how many times has shane been on ppv?

That wasn't the case with Mayweather and Mosley ... Cotto wasn't a second option ... Mosley had declined to fight Mayweather ... Okay so the move to fight DLH made more sense but the fact that Shane had decline other times just doesn't make any sense, his reasoning for that was because he had already fought 3 times in a year and he wanted to take off atleast 1 month ... and then after Floyd had fought Oscar had killed Mosley's chance of making that fight happen. Especially giving FLoyd amo attempting to immitate Floyd's style in DLH's preperation for Floyd.

Floyd called him a sparring partner ...

FLoyd said that Shane Mosley has 5 L's and he's not a ppv draw

Only fighter that has enough heart to take a challenge from Paul Williams is Floyd and i'm sure a win over Pavlik would improve Williams' chances of landing big fights ... especially considering he's fought as low as welterweight, can meet in between at a catchweight ... and doesn't pose a risk of a devastating KO loss.

After Mosley blew Floyds challenge off and went on vacation, right after the Oscar - Mayweather fight, Mosley told every microphone they put in his face that he wanted to fight Floyd next. Floyd declined and retired. Thats when talks started with Cotto. Cotto WAS the second option.:deal

AGAIN he is a MIDDLEWEIGHT!!! Don't worry though like someone else posted a minute ago...Pavlik is gonna send PW back OR up a weight class.....

PW could NEVER hurt Mosley anyway. All he is, is a volume puncher, watched enough of PW to know the man takes a combo like Margarito did, HE GOES DOWN ALOT QUICKER!!!

You act like Williams is easy to beat. Too bad Mosley don't have the same faith as you do.

Williams isn't a full middleweight ... he's a guy who can float in any of 4 weight classes ranging from 147-168 ... his frame seems like it can handle that ... and he doesn't look any different between the weights ... his arms look a bit bigger but the rest of him looks the same.

Some of you guys are forgetting that he was a middleweight before he was a welterweight champion ... so i'm sure the weight isn't an issue. He's skinny as hell ... that one dude that beat Prescott was a welterweight, light welterweight, and then moved down to lightweight ... in a 5'10 frame ...

Williams probably walks around at 165 ish ... he probably doesn't have to lose more than 20 lbs ... in between fights ... some guys at welterweight have to lose more weight than that ... I know Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, and maybe even Mosley weigh just as much if not more than Williams in between fights.

Plus Williams is always at the gym and more than likely takes off weight or maintains a decent weight between fights and training.

Umm no he isn't you moron. If Williams is a full fledge mw he wouldn't still be talking about fighting fights at junior mw, ww. Williams obviously is not staying at 1 weight division for a year at this moment. The only weight that matter that Williams has stay in 1 weight division for a year and more is at ww. If Williams stays at mw for over a year or more then he's a full fledge mw. So as of right now? He isn't. Remember you moron before being officially going to fight Pavlik, who was Williams was close to going to fight if the Pavlik fight fall apart? Was it against Dzin???? Hmm what weight will it be if Williams vs Dzin happens???? Yea so umm stfu.
