Mayweather would make him look bad, he may even knock him out.

Berto is what he is by now, i don't think he can improve much but I still like watching him fight.

I disagree with you ... I think that Berto can improve ... he's with this trainer who has no credentials ... not to say that he can't improve Berto, but it doesn't seem likely ... he'll be better suited with a guy like Dan Birmingham ... who can teach him better defensive skill ... and more controlled aggression.

Explain how he 'clearly' lost. I had Berto 114-113, that's 7 rounds to 5 and obviously with that stupid point deduction. It was 114-113 either way. Collazo didn't 'clearly' win at all.

Someone posted an article saying that he passed away. So it's not true?

Sure he can improve some but no where near enough to hang with Mayweather.

    That's Mike Birmingham, not Dan.

Berto would have some early success against Floyd with his speed and aggression but inevitably Floyd would begin to take over the fight and win a convincing UD.

I wouldn't mind seeing this fight and have a hunch it may happen since I don't think Floyd will fight Mosley in the next 2 fights. Berto then Pac if he beats Cotto is what I'm guessing that team Mayweather has in mind.

Berto struggled against Cosme Rivera & Collazo. I've seen nothing to suggest he could pose any problems for the big 4...He should try himself out with clottey first, if he can win that fight looking good, maybe he can live up to the hype...anyways he's due to fight hlatschwayo isn't he?

This fight, I think it will happen eventually. Mayweather will want his strap back

I think the agression could work against him, he would catch that short left hook comming in and get droped.

Talks stalled. HBO are only putting out for 750K total apparently, and that's to be split amongst the 2. Still, Berto should take a fairly low-risk unification and he's got another belt, and still picks up a half decent total, probably 450k or so.
