Will you rate him less highly than before? Or have his achievements already sealed his legendary status?

Well, it certainly won't help his reputation. However, he likely at his best south of 140.

If he gets KO'd, that means he didnt/couldnt use his speed and footwork effectively to get inside and score. But then again, Cotto is a strong WELTERWEIGHT. If Pac loses decision to Mayweather I can live with that, but he won't lose Cotto, no way.

It will definitely detract from his resume in the eyes of many.

    But not mine.

I don't expect him to win this one and a brutal KO is very possible.

IMO, he's already established his greatness.

If he stayed at 140 or 135 (or both) he could go undefeated for a long time yet.

If he pulls out a W over Cotto, his status will soar even more.

Such a victory would be much more notable than his wins over Delahoya or Hatton.

It shouldn't affect him that much, Cotto IS bigger than him. Cotto will be at least 10 pounds heavier in the fight.

No. His accomplishments can't be taken away from a loss from a beast like Cotto

Assuming that Pacquiao is well prepared and gets beat up by Cotto, then kudos to Cotto. He is legit elite boxer.
