    Krating-daeng-gym

It's the name and place of the gym. Most thai boxers take on their gym as last names as tribute.

I read that he(Dunne) was going to fight Israel Vasquez if he won, either way he gets his ass kicked.

I hope Bernard Dunne is alright... I've read news that the referee stopped the fight after the third knockdown as blood flowed from the Dunne’s nose and left ear...

Dunne's fine, the 3 knockdown rule is in place with the WBA that's why it was stopped(although I doubt he'd let bernard continue had he got up).
There was blood from his nose(from a left hook that caused the second knockdown) and from his ear aswell, but it wasn't serious as far as I'm aware.

They took Dunne to a hospital after the fight, he was released less than an hour later with no problems, so he's ok.
Poonsawat looks like a force to be reckoned with.

Haven't seen the fight yet. Sounds like a brutal KO.
