Vitali Klitschko is an absolute bum .. you get a guy that can move his head and pressurize Vitali and he'd be knocked out in 3 rounds with how low he keeps his hands, he is shite .. Holmes, Holyfield, Frazier, in fact pick any heavyweight name of the last 100 years and they all beat this big bum .. Vitali is the modern day Primo Carnera ..
This thread gave me a good chuckle. Seems like a lot of people bought into the Arreola hype or were hoping to see Klit beat. Klit was under almost no pressure in this fight. Arreola was infront of him all the time, and the only time he wasn't was when he wizzed past him with a wild right. The fact is this guy wasn't anything to begin with his best win was over Travis Walker, who knocked him down in that fight.
Legendary interview from Arreola! I expected him to throw more punches, he made Vitali work like I expected - just couldn't get in there to throw the shots. Anyway, big respect for Arreola - he tried unlike others against the brothers :good Shame Vitali keeps up his shitty 'Heavuweight KO ratio' thing - not exactly the hardest puncher ever in the division is he?
Anyone else think Lampley is the biggest tosser on the face of the earth and that Larry Merchant really needs to retire .. Larry is fast becoming the Bruce Forsyth of HBO Boxing .....
Jim Lampley Hit the Nail on The Head....that piece of footage should be taken and shown to all boxers young and old. As Floyd says ''HARD WORK DEDICATION''
I think Arreola came out of it well, as opposed to Gomez or Peter. He was in tremendous shape even if he didn't look like it, there shouldn't be doubts about that now. To take that punishment and keep coming, and lets be honest he would have lasted the distance in all probability, he must have been in good shape. His chin was a lot better than I thought. He showed he has a lot of heart and desire to win a title, you could see that in his interview. Those things combined mean he's going to still be a tough night for anybody not named Klitschko. A real tough night.
