    Carl Webb makes his debut on Fox sports 09/10/09 against Gary Gurr,webb has a good amateur boxing background who's beaten alex leapai thats a good way to keep fit in the off season reading on reports has started training since been eliminated by the broncos can't wait.

    Interesting...poor old Gary looks like hes going to be chicken dancing around the ring within a few rounds.......again :deal

    Its a shame 'The Colonel' Bob Sheridan won't be in Sydney to commentate Gary Gurr in action.... Hope to see Carl debut on Fox with an impressive KO.

    I'd imagine someone like Carl Webb could pour it on alot heavier then SBW, I reckon Webby will charge out like a bull out of a gate

    I know this is Webbs first pro fight but couldnt he find a better opponent than Gurr. :verysad

    I'm fine with Webb fighting Gurr. Webb having a short am background ten years ago or whenever it was doesn't mean too much. He's probably been on the drink for a few weeks anyway lol.

    I doubt Webb is serious about a boxing career. I'l watch the feathers fly for a minute and it'l be all over. No biggy.

    Think he had 8 or so fights (cant remmeber long time ago) amateur fights up until he was 17. Pretty sure he fought Leapai for junior state title.
