This week's had me laughing out loud. A combination of the spelling of Vitali's name and the confidence with which everything was spoken.
Lewis could not compete, apparently :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl Let's get this straight for once and for all - an old and undertrained Lennox Lewis beat the living **** out of PRIME VITLAY Klitschko, yet these ****ing idiots try to claim some kind of victory because there wasn't a rematch atsch When did it become standard practise for a champion to rematch someone he'd already beaten the **** out of? I want to hear the answer to that question.
I like support the brothers K, but I am so sick of this "Vitaly retired Lewis" bull****. I am equallly sick of "Golota retired Bowe." There is no stat for "retiring" great fighters. Archie Moore isn't any greater for "retiring" Marciano. No one is going to give a damn that Roy Jones "retired" Joe Calzaghe. Lennox Lewis won the fight. That is all. It is no shame on big Klit. He fought a hell of a fight, earned fans, and is having a great, albeit up and down career. I hope he fights for another few years and earns his own spot in the Pantheon. But he did not "retire" anyone.
These threads are getting WAY too boring and stupid. So what if fans enjoy talking positive about their favorite fighter?, comparing him to Ali only proves that these guys have a lot of respect for Ali and his abilities. It's you who takes things negatively and try to make a joke out of it. All fans do that for fighters they root for. I don't know why Klitschko fans need to take **** always. I'm a fan of theirs and got SICK of negative threads like those. Be glad they're bringing the best fights to the division.
I've always had the greatest of respect for you Scar....but you're talking bollocks here. I agree that the Klits are the best in the division, and you'll find I've never denied that, however I find the disrespect towards Lewis disgusting. If you want to argue that Lewis was a lesser fighter than VITLAY then feel free, the problem you'll have is that millions of people saw Lennox tear VITLAY up. Incidentally, comparisons with Ali are ridiculous too. The Klits ain'[t fit to shine Ali's shoes.

Lewis was lucky to escape that fight with a win & anyone with half a wit knows that too. I'll compare whoever I want to Ali, Louis, Lewis, DEmpsey, Marciano, etc. They are all professional boxers & that's what we do here. I do take comfort in the fact you have to bring up all time greats such as Ali & Lewis to try to make your case against the Klitschkos, it just proves they're in good company. :thumbsup
