As far as ranking goes Wladimir holds that honor... but in reality I don't think anyone ****s with Vitali including his little brother.

 

Skillwise Vitali I would say (although many people will be biased to him cos Wlad is so boring), but I think Wlad has been beating top contenders and champions for the past few years so he should be considered number 1
