Arreola in every interview I have seen has said he just got beat. He did not make up some BS excuse like Glass Jaw Roy Jones does for all of his losses.

Arreola made a fan out of me he is a very likable honest guy which you don't see too often in Boxing it is always excuse after excuse for a loss.

I wish nothing but the best for Arreola in the future.

Rico plus he officially does not have a "Glass Jaw" not that you ever claimed he did, but now its has been proven after those huge shots that he took and did not go down.

Yes he did protest. That is not an excuse anyway. An excuse is "I lost the fight on purpose so my dad would not get credit". That is shameful.

IM still a fan but his trainer is garbage. thats all he came with and didn't even in struct him to Throw the right had over that lazy chest or jab to the chest. I know easier said then done but he could at least civen som instructions. what a bad trainer. no game planat all . Areeol will be back but he needs a new trainer and he looked bettr (less fat) this time but needs to step up the training

Not so sure about that. Arreola let his promoter, Dan Goosen, make his excuses for him...which is an old trick. Of course, Arreola didn't want to like like a sour sport. But Goosen came out immediately after the fight and said Vitali run like a little girl. He also said Vitali was 7 foot tall, when we all know he only had a 3 1/2 to 4 inch height advantage.

He didn't make excuses - that much he gets props for. His performance was awful, his conditioning pathetic, and his trainer is garbage, but his honesty about losing was refreshing.

Same here. It was refreshing to see a fighter who cared so much about winning. Arreola made a fan out of me also. :good

Yeah it was hard not to feel bad for the guy, he showed all the heart in the world but was just so physically inferior there was nothing he could do. The fact that he kept coming forward as the agressor the entire fight despite continuously taking blows to the face (from a big puncher I might add) was really impressive.

His crying was a bit much but understandable.

He didnt get dropped, he was rugged, kept coming forward and tried his best to stay on top of Klit while he was moving (sometimes running) around the ring and was upset.

They should not have stopped the fight! He wasnt winning but he was never severly hurt or dropped, they should have let him finish!

Still a fan. Andale! Go Chris!:bbb
