 Yeah, Duran put on a complete "domination" of Leonard. My god, why do you jack off to this guy so much that you lose your senses?

The laugh's on you comparing Price with Cuevas. Not only was Cuevas champ, he was champ longer than leonard, hearns, Benitez, and Duran.

Why don't you just give up?

Now I know how George Foreman felt after beating Frazier in Jamaica. :smoke

Bear in mind Red that the fight occurred in BT's backyard. How rare is it for a fighter to have actually lost a fight when the best a hometown opponent can muster is a draw?

I'll be the first to admit that Eusebio was lucky to come out unscathed against Lockridge and Laporte, but this was not one of his gifts. BT was more disgraceful than Cory Spinks against Jermain Taylor here, and should not have been rewarded with a draw.

I'm comparing Cuevas with LEONARD, you ass.

Leonard blew right through a guy that a prime Cuevas couldn't beat, and yet you think nothing of that guy or Leonard's win over him; yet Cuevas is rated in your top 5 all time. Explain that.

And likewise, Jack Britton, Mickey Walker, Pernell Whitaker, Ike Quartey, and Trinidad were all champs for as many or more years as Cuevas. So you rate them all over Cuevas then, right?

Because I'm still waiting for you to show your SCORECARDS for the Gavilan-Graham series - and give any direct responses to the points myself and others have made in general.

Sure, acting like a total jackass on a boxing forum is easily comparable to winning the greatest prize in sports.

    SCORECARDS, please.

Red is the Battling Nelson of ESB. He eats systematic beatdowns for breakfast and comes out smiling.

Sorry, no scorecards for you today

besides, it's not like you have me in a corner :smoke

Look, I wish you'd ask me something challenging for once. Asking me to explain how is it Leonard did what Cuevas could not.

First off, Leonard doesnt have Pipino's punch. Second, I have the ring record book with Price's career record. You should get one.

Do four losses between Cuevas and Leonard look like he's going anywhere? Knocked out by Jose Baquedano, a first round Ko victim to Tony Ayala. Another loss immediately after to someone named Julio Gomez :lol:

That's two straight losses. Andy then went on a one fight winning streak before losing again. Two fights later, dropping a decision to Dave Green, a man who had real problems staying awake in his title fights.

He might have been a decent prospect at one time but not leading up to the Leonard fight. overall, he was a bum built up as a fearsome opponent for the Loenard fight. And you fell for the hype

Now I know how Foreman felt after his demolition of Frazier in Jamaica.

    Please stop the needless suffering

    Why not?

Yes, it is. If you can't produce a scorecard for the Gavilan-Graham series, your point about Gavilan never beating Graham based on your personal perceptions of the fights is finished.

WHAT IS YOUR SCORECARD FOR THE GAVILAN-GRAHAM SERIES??

    Challenging enough for you?

Good, then you know it shows he was rated higher at the time he fought Leonard than he had been when he fought Cuevas.

He was as good as he ever was going into the Leonard fight.

So what does that say about a prime Cuevas, who was one of the fighters used to "build up" this "bum"? :rofl

Who pointed to the Ring Record book again?

    Not in your wildest dreams.

PLEASE SHOW YOUR SCORECARDS FOR GAVILAN-GRAHAM.

How can I be in a corner? 2 cents is the one in the corner. Maybe he actually believes what he says but...how do you figure Price to be ranked higher in '79after all the losses in the 3 yrs since?

WHO did Price beat to raise his ranking?

I bet you 2 cents wont be able to tell me and neither will anyone else. see?

There is NO ONE Price beat to raise his ranking. It was automatically raised to the ten spot in order to accomodate leonard in the same way he got an extra title for the Lalonde fight.

Again, four losses in two years does not raise your ranking unless you are a potential Leonard opponent. But 2 cents wants to serve up a pile of manure and tell me the opposite without acknowledging the losses, without acknowledging that Price never beat anyone of note after Cuevas. Doesnt want to acknowledge Price was knocked out after Cuevas.

Did Andy make a string of defenses like Pipino? Who is ANdy Price anyways? Price aint ****!

If Andy was good enough to get a title shot, he wouldve handled Weston, but instead Harold came out on top and Pipino destroyed him. WHat can I say?

So dont fall for the bs. You got to be smart like me and take apart his argument piece by piece. Like they say, It's easy once you know how.

Now for Gavilan, what can I say about him? He loses only to the best. He couldnt beat Robinson, he couldnt beat Graham, and he's got a low Knockout %. What can i say, he can't punch. He still made my elite top 15 along with Leonard. If he had a punch and broke bones like Cuevas, he'd rank higher.

Why didnt you just answer his questions then about Gavilan-Graham? I aint really fussed about any of that I just find your irrational hatred of Leonard hard to fathom and a little offensive to be honest.
