This fight should be more competitive than Arreola Vitali. I hope Kingpin brings his A Game. I'm tired of watching the Klitschko brothers punch guys in the face over and over without getting hit.

It might be. Johnson uses more head movement but it will probably end in a similiar result with Vk winning.

See the "Gomez" fight back in March..... Aside from the southpaw stance, Kevin Johnson goes out the same way Gomez did........ It should be good--while it lasts....... Klit will win by TKO......

    Two factors for this fight:

    How good is Johnson's Chin?

Johnson has no right hand at all he is all Jab and Hook with the left.

Johnson is a local guy and I like him and I think he is far better than people on here give him credit for.

A smaller, feather-fisted guy who's gonna try to outjab the Klitschkos...yeah this would be competitive. lol

I would much rather see Vitali fight someone deserving or with name recognition. Chambers is ready now and deserving of a shot....and I would LOVE to see the IBA Champ James Toney get what he's been begging for :yep

BS fight? Johnson is a top ranked undefeated contender and more than deserving of a shot. You are a clown

Johnson certainly deserves it more than Toney. Good GOD, man.

While he is certainly a good boxer, Johnson is only average size and below average KO power, so I think this fight will see Vitali get a dramatic, clean knock OUT. It'll reaffirm Vitali's power, which has not been apparent in the Peter or Arreola beatings..........

Sure, Vitali is an accumulation puncher, but when facing a hard punching opponent, its hard to set down on your punches to get full torque on them.

Against Johnson I think we'll see Vitali bear down, land big, and put Johnson down and out fairly early.

    KO before round 6.

Christ sakes, save Toney from himself.................. Klit would MURDER Toney in a fight here in 2009.............. Toney is merely looking for mo money.... That's all Toney wants....... A horrid mismatch..........

The Kingpin is a **** talker....that in itself gives away the result, but Johnson will dance and Vitali is 38...so KO in 4

Vitali will be able to beat Johnson in his usual style and also because he's the bigger puncher. Johnson doesn't have any huge wins yet but he could at least get an HBO fight like Arreola did to get hyped up and get the public's attention more.

    I don't like Kingpin's chance.
He has a tendency to throw his jab over his opponents jab and while doing it he'll shift his head back.
He's a slow starting (hell, slow maintaining) heavyweight that works behind a jab.
If there was any style that would give VK or WK more problems it would have been Arreola's.
Because VK can fight backing up and being marched around the ring (despite him being the bigger guy) it's going to put the work load on Kingpin to be the aggressor.

I don't think that works well for him against VK, I don't see him winning.

First off Johnson doesn't deserve a klitschko fight. He's an overrated weak punching typical afro-american heavyweight cryin' about not getting fights. I have an idea, johnson can fight toney for the right to fight vitaly, or rather the right to be completely destroyed by vitaly. As that is what will happen if either is to face VK.
