I ran into Jacobs in the parking garage after the Cotto Clottey fight. I asked him for an auto graph and he said no! What a *****!

Funny thing is my car was parked in front of his Bentley And I lost my parking ticket. He had to wait like twenty minutes before he could leave while my brother got another ticket. I was cheesin the whole time.

 

at first i just dismissed this talk of trading w/ pav as "gorilla dust" as boo put it lol: ****ing cracks me up every time)

but then i got to thinking...that is how paul fights. foot on the gas, throwing in bunches w/o much care in the world for using his reach or whether he's in his opponents range or what his opponent does in response. he usually doesnt have to care b/c he smothers all his smaller opponents.

so...the question then becomes, do you risk ****ing w/ what got you here if you are team williams by filling his head w/ **** to consider in the ring like using your reach, stay out of his range, don't go near the ropes, etc?? he's not used to that so should they just turn him loose and let him do his thing?? :think

 

Just noticed that their shrit numbers are 12 and 5, guessing that stands for Dec 5th....Just wanted to make my 40th post in 2 years . I was talking to Kelly briefly, this past Sat night and he had a white t- shrit on. I was thinking , WOW, how skinny he is, guessing he is around 170 right now. Hate to see how thin williams is, not that it matters. Should be fight of the year.

This is going to be a very good fight. Either man could take it. Personally I hope Paul Williams drops back down to Welterweight and calls out Mayweather.

 

Give him plenty of quarters for the phone cuz he's gonna need um. I don't see Mayweather picking up on his end.

Willaims and his team are delusional. Williams said he's going toe to toe with Kelly.

Peterson said, "this will be one of Paul's easiest fights." He also said "Pavlik's chin is grade A china. Paul doesn't need to do anything special. He'll step to him and knock him out."

This mother****er is going to take a brutal beating. It's to bad really. He could make this a very difficult fight for Pav, but he is not going to. He's going to play to KP's strengths, and get brutalized in 5 rounds.

 

You dont really think they were being serious do you? You rarely find fighters ever giving up there gameplan before the fight even happens. Williams has a great corner (his trainer is amazing...one of the most intelligent out there IMO), I doubt they say this publicly if its what they really want to do.

Its called **** talking, posturing, building up the hype, etc. No more, no less.

I mean, there is a chance that he does go toe to toe with him...but I doubt they announce it seriously.
