I seem to remember plenty of times during the fight in which Vitali stood right there in front of Arreola and with his hands down by his waist no less. You'd think that Arreola would keep all judgements regarding masculinity and things of that nature to himself considering the fact that he was the one crying after the fight. He gave a horrible performance during the fight and then gave a profanity-laced postfight interview complete with waterworks to top it off. All in all, a pretty bad night for him. He should just go quietly back to the drawing board.

Arreola talking a lot after the fight. Why would he menion "Vitali was running all night" and "He kept turning his back on me"? What kind of a non-sense is that.

Compare this to how respectful Vitali was talking of Chris.

Huge difference in class between the two.

Wow Arreola has so many nuthuggers here. First off the interview was ridiculous, I know that Goosen-Tutor conducted it and all, but they should be ashamed. Vitaly didn't run, he beat the **** out of Chris. As has been said before, throwing 800 and landing 300 in only 10 rounds is NOT running. Vitaly fought a good fight, he has no obligation to stand in front of Chris and let Chris hit him. Since when does a superior fighter have to fight a poor game plan just to let someone far beneath him have a chance? WTF is that?

Arreola should not be talking trash, as someone already mentioned, we boxing fans were all mature about him crying after the fight, almost no one called him out on it, and those who did were shunned. But how dare he imply Vitaly was a ***** after this?

Finally too much credit is given to Arreola after this fight. He showed heart? Really, so every fighter who goes out there and takes a beating should get their nuts hugged after? This now makes him the man? I don't remember anyone giving Marquez credit for lasting 12 rounds against a man who outweighed him by 15-20 lbs. But Marquez has already showed he is the man in his previous fights. Arreola has proved nothing yet. Vitaly had his hands down for most of the fight, and Chris could still barely hit him. Seriously, I'm not trying to hate on the man, but his trash talking, and people talking about him being a future champ is ridiculous. Vitaly is humble in victory, Chris should be humble in defeat.

Scar ... why are you jumping so fast from one fat ass (Peter) to another (Arreola)?
You're big Floyd fan, shouldn't you stick to more fitted boxers at HW as well?

I was asking the same question. I think Arreola landed like 3 or 4 clean punches. . . i think.

    Arreola knows the truth.

However his dumb team apparently has been getting to him. Joe Goosen is a known moron.

Sad, because Arreola is the one who could EASILY be made fun of over this fight..... however, Vitaly did not use thi at all, and Vitaly fans have largely refrained from doing this. Just felt sad for Arreola and wished him good luck.

But if Chris starts being a ***** then he should expect to get what he has coming.

C'mon now... Arreola shouldn't say such nonsense. I'm not a big Vitali fan, but Chris was getting his ass handed to him on Saturday. And I'm not gonna bash him for crying after the fight, such things happen, but he shouldn't criticize others for 'female gestures' then. Plus after the fight Arreola was VERY respectful when he stood eye to eye with Vitali, why didn't he tell him such things then?

If Chris has said this, he is complete jerk off. After the fight he did not even look Vitaliy in the eyes. He was so subdued. Away from Vitali he got his balls back.

It is very disappointing to hear about this new attitude. Before I liked Arreola. I felt bad about him but I see that he is an *******. This will lead him to nowhere.

He's trying his best to retain his tough guy image.

What we all know is, its gone.

He got his ass kicked, lost every round, and bawled like a baby in the ring. Anything he says now makes him look stupid.

    Seriously dumb move by Chris.

I thought he was all heart, but also respectful. I think I assumed he ws like Librado Andrade. Andrade has conquered fans in every country he has fought in - and if he losses clearly he is man enough to give the opponent full credit.

I wanted to see Chris again - now I don't give a hats ass. And if he doesn't have the personality for people to want to see him then he has nothing, because he is a very limited fighter.

I don't think so. He's still tough as nails, but he makes himself a complete fool if he now tries to discredit VK. He good props for his balls and he has potential. He just shouldn't behave like an *******. VK won fair and square, that's it.
