When Haye beat Mormeck he just gave up the IBF title to fulfill his WBC mandatory so it wasn't possible for him to win all three titles at that time, he then went on to beat Enzo Mac for the WBO title aswell as already winning the ring magazine title from Mormeck aswell.... so the bottom line is he was waithout doubt officially the BEST at cruiserweight in the world at the time.
