i voted valuev points but this is only for knowing valuev's merciful nature.
if he'll get irritated he can really KO haye.
haye is 6'1" and belongs at 200.

Yes but Haye is definetely more entertaining t owatch than Chagaev.

Even though Haye is favored and should win it's still interesting. If he goes guns blazing in there he could KO him or he could get KO'd.
If he boxes and uses speed he could win a decision but in this type of match-up Haye has never been pushed to do so for 12 rounds.
He might be finished but he wa never that good.Bergeron,Chagaev,Donald,Ruiz,Holyfield all smaller faster guys gave him trouble so it's only normal Haye should too.
IMO if Liakhovich was in shape he could have done something too.

Right. Holyfield is fighting at the senior citizen level and couldn't do much so it's likely the younger faster Haye will outbox the giant.

The only way that Haye can win is for Don King to order Valouev to throw the fight.

If even an super old Evander Holyfield almost was able to defeat Valuev, a young and fresh David Haye should have no problems. However if Haye is trying to hard going for the knockout, it may be that the stamina factor plays into Valuev´s cards. I think Haye will win an easy decision if he plays it smart. He´s just too fast.

Valouev won that fight. He did not want to hurt his hero Holyfield. Klitschkos really love Holyfield also. Haye had better not get Valouev angry and Haye had better be nice to Don King.

Yep, he won, but very close in a could´ve gone either way type of fight. And don´t tell me that Valuev could´ve done better and he just did not, cause he loves Evander as his idol. That´s bull****. Evander fought very smart with his in and out movement. Valuev is just too slow and if Haye plays it smart too, he will make Valuev look even worse than he is. Valuev is just a freak who already got defeated by Ruiz 2 times and Larry Donald, but they got robbed. I was ringside at Valuev vs. Larry Donald and when the decision was announced all the people booed as they could´nt believe that Valuev had won. They booed so loudly that Sauerland had to promise Larry a rematch in the ring, which Larry never got. For good reason. Valuev is just a circus act. I really hope Haye will free us from this clown, he is really terrible to watch, a pain in the ass.

Your poll missed the most likely possibility.

Haye pulls a muscle in his groin and wants an extra few weeks, scuttling the fight.

(When he recovers, he calls out Hopkins at Cruiser weight).

Haye is not going to be able to look good in this fight. But if he cant go one further than a 76 year old Evander Holyfield and actually convince the judges he won the fight then he's not fit for a fight with the Klits.

In his defence, I do think he'll be able to decision Valuev in this.
