Who has been the best Welterweight this decade?

Between Mosley and Cotto, but I'm going to say Mosley. I'll Margo in third.

Mosley's win over prime DLH is better than anything fraud did at WW.

 

Mosley's best wins: Collazo, Margorito, Diaz
Cotto's best wins: Mosley, Clottey, Judah
Floyd's best wins: Judah, Baldomir, Hatton

i'd say Cotto's the obvious choice...

however if Margo wasn't a cheater he'd be a good candidate, but.....he is

 

There wasnt a standout Welterweight this decade. So you cant vote for any of those fighters.
