Kessler has laready been kinda exposed what he really is. He is robotic and stiff but a great boxer thou. Ward will not expose him but can win him.

will be HELL OF A FIGHT. I cant wait it.:thumbsup

Ward Seems to got some nice skills and what little I have seen him looks like nice person.

Maybe Kessler are being overated a bit some times, but what about Ward then? If a gold medal and a win over Miranda makes you that good, and the WBA/WBC titles 42 fights and one single defeat over a undefeated fighter makes you overated and a hype job! This thread makes no logic by calling Kessler overated! The fact is that Ward have nothing Kessler cant handle, but have a lot to prove! and he is certainly no Calzaghe! Kessler by KO 8

if kessler is going to be exposed and is such a big fraud, then a ward win wouldnt mean much. Surely beating a fraud doesnt constitute succes..??

if kessler wins just 1 fight, the logical assumption would be, that this whole tournament, is just going to expose the world of boxing, to consists of frauds..

showtime might aswell pull the plug, just because misspr says so

He has not been "always" overrated, he was held back by his past promoter if anything. Andre Wards most difficult opponent to date was Miranda, and that was one of the ugliest fights I have seen all year. Ward threw a punch and clinched/ grabbed and held whenever he could. I don't blame him much for that since Miranda has power and he wanted to negate that but if you think that is going to work on Kessler, you have another thing coming.

Kessler's power will prove to be too much for Ward.

Some of you have this rare opinion that Kessler is this power monster who lacks skills.

It is the other way around!

Kessler has extremely well boxing fundamentals.

    - A superb jab (maybe the best out there)
    - A superb 1-2 (maybe the best out there)
    - Extremely good at judging distance
    - Extremely good at timing his punches
    - Extremely good strength
    - Extremely good defence
    - Very good power
    - Very good speed
    - Very good footwork
    - Very good chin
    - Very good ring generalship
    - Very good balance

His only real weakness is his almost total lack of head movement.

Other than that he is almost "great" in every aspect of the game.

Furthermore. Some say that Kessler is in trouble when Ward gets inside. Bull****. If Kessler connects with one of the uppercuts he hit Calzaghe with - its over and out for Andre. No doubt.

Kessler is actually a very good counter puncher and if you try to get inside to bully him - he will catch you.

The things you need in order to beat Kessler is:

    - Speed (and that means faster than Kessler)
    - Elite head movement
    - A very good Chin
    - Superb Stamina
    - Elite footwork

Ward has speed, stamina and head movement imo. None of the other. And that makes the fight exciting imo.

Kessler by TKO round 10 is my prediction.

You descerned all this from the extremely weak competition that Kessler has faced up to this point? His only step up in class a 9 round near domination by Calzaghe?

Was it Hausler or Sartison that gave you the impression he has a extremely good defense?

    Oh shut up, fool.

Kessler has proved his skills by only loosing 4-5 rounds before facing Calzaghe.

He has absolutely dominated 168 except Calzaghe.

If you cannot see this - it is a choice you make. Not anything near analysis.

Andrade, Mundine, Beyer, Siaca, Lucas etc. I initially didnt want to give you any hints. But just try to watch some fights before posting like a complete idiot.

    :****off

The closest judge had it 116-112. Thats 8 rounds. The HBO grew had it 18-10, which was probably the correct answer.

He hasnt fought anybody. He was scared to fight Miranda. Was scared to fight Dawson. Who has he beaten? Beyer lol? Andrade? :rofl Please. The only fights he's had since Calzaghe have been against journeymen. Hell he probably doesnt have it anymore, if he really ever did at elite level.

This scrub will be exposed guaranteed.

So now it starts again:-( The guy have 42 fights, and you are pulling in Haussler a guy who everone knows Kessler are 10 levels above, and who Kessler didn`t even want to fight in the first place! There are plenty of other fights to watch to see Kessler have very good defence!

Against scrub competition. The best guy on his resume is Mundine. That says it all.

It would be like Floyd Mayweather fighting 42 David Diaz's and saying "wow that guys great

    Dont be silly.

Who has Ward beaten? If he does beat Kessler, will you come on here and start praising him for becoming the second man to ever beat Kessler? Or will you still rate Miranda as the better win? Maybe even Pudwill was better, seeing as how Kessler's only a "scrub".
