Do you think Vitali could break Foreman's record?

    Vitali said in his post fight interview said he didnt want to breal Foreman's record of being the oldest fighter to hold the heavyweight title.

    Foreman's record is at 45 and Vitali is currently 38, with 4 years away from the sport and with not too many wars in his career, do you guys think he could do it if he tried, especially when there isnt that much potential for the division even as far as the amateur level by then.

    Go hit yourself in the head 50 times. Vitali didn't say that you knuckle head. Vitali said he don't want to break Foreman record. How do i know this? Well cause i have it on dvr in which i'm watching his post fight interview right now.

    Whether he said he wants to or not, no one believes that he really wants to. 2 or 3 more fights, thats all.

    Just edit the thread to "could he break the record?" and forget the interview. The division is so poor its a possibility.

    The record is 7 years away, no way Vitali will still be around, he wants a final year, then if Lennox doesn't come back (lol), it's gonna be ouvah!

    I can seriously picture Vitali retiring in maybe 1 or 2 years, run for mayor again,finally win, and after his term comeback to try for a title just to break the record.

    If the heavies continue to be **** poor i wouldn't write off Vitali beating a smaller, or less accomplished alphabet champ at the age of 45.

    Could, sure, maybe. Would want to? I seriously doubt he wants to either be fighting that long or stop and make yet another comeback. I can imagine how difficult it has been for him to get over those injuries over and over, hurt here, surgery there, rehab here, and come back to a world class level at an older and older age. I think he just wants the K brothers to own all the belts and there is still a good chance of that.
