    Ok so you've got Rahman/Mercer and McCall/Whitaker taking place. If you were to lump those along with Botha/Fischer onto one big card you'd have a nice little old-timers tournament.

    Seeing is believing.......... Both men need to be standing in the ring with gloves laced up before I actually believe this will happen.......... Either shot man can win......... I'll bet Rahman, cuz he's a dozen yrs younger..........

    rahman is a bum and always was mercer would out point him or ko him even at this age.

    Yeah, a two-time champ who throws 80 punches a round and has one punch knockout power in both hands is a total bum.

    Rahman may have his flaws, but he has a lot of strengths as well, and like it or not, he's one of the better heavyweights of the last 20 years. He just wasn't very versatile, and he had lapses in motivation where he didn't fight near 100%. Certain types of fighters (worse than him overall) would almost always beat him, and certain other types of fighters (better than him overall) would likely lose to him.
