    No, Lefthook.

Since it hasn't happened and since the poster described it so vividly, it's a fantasy.

A reality is something that's real.

    Like I said, it's somebody's masturbatory fantasy.

    wlad either decisions tua or...

stops tua very late on cuts or accumulation of unanswered punishment.
tua can not reach wlad. he couldn't reach lewis.

Yeah tho for the casual viewer (ie those that havent actualy noticed the difference between Tua now and then) Tua is not what he was against Lewis 9 long years ago, and hes not the plodding slow guy beating nobodys since.

Hes older and hes actually better.

    Again, NO.

Read the post I made and the post I was responding to.

Once again, Since it hasn't happened ( Do you see where he said TUA ?) and since the poster described it so vividly, it's a fantasy.

A reality is something that's real.

    Like I said, it's somebody's masturbatory fantasy.

Is more needed than a jab and footwork to outbox Tua?

    Disagree.

If Lewis had fought Tua in exactly the same way Cameron did, Tua would've won and looked like a killer there too.

I'm all for Tua being a contender again and I hope he takes the next step from here, but he's a fighter that people very much get carried away with. I know I did in the past.

doesn't really matter how long ago those fights were, if anything it was back when wlad was more aggressive and actually threw a right hand. so seeing as these mediocre fighters defeated a more aggressive wlad, then i can only imagine what this new tua would do against a more timid wlad.

It happend but when did you guys realize that Wlad has improved as a fighter with Emanuel Steward.

Wlad woud outbox Tua or maybe late TKO.

    Hmmm, let's see...

Purrity: Wlad was 21, green and overpaced, Purrity's only contribution was to survive ten rounds as a punching bag.

Sanders: A 6'4 southpaw with speed

Brewster: Wlad suddenly gassed in the 5th after dominating the fight, not a normal KO, Brewster actually landed his best shots in the 3rd and Wlad took them well.

How do these losses relate to Tua's chances of beating Wlad on the merit of his own abilities? He is not a 6'4 southpaw, he is 4 inches shorter than Chagaev and would be the shortet opponent of Wlad's pro career. Or do you think it is likely that Wlad runs out of gas again?

and yet wlad got knocked flat on his ukrainian ass all three times, make as many stupid excuses as you want for the merciless beatings that were bestowed upon wlad, it doesn't changed the fact that he got his ass handed to him on all three of those occassions. i use these losses for many reasons, wlad has trouble with pressure fighters that can hit, these opponents dont have the resume of tua and would get derailed by tua as well, and wlad cant take a punch. tua is everything wlad doesn't want any part of, he has a granite chin and possess devastating KO power.
