Let's hope he gets that Euro shot soon. He was brilliant last night, but somewhat robbed of his moment of glory by the premature stoppage. Plenty more glory nights to come, though, I feel. Murray is becoming a complete fighter.

Khan is fighting on a level very few mortals can even imagine so I doubt Murray wants anything to do with him.

It would be a good idea to move forward not backwards :good
Do it the right way Murray, a European title then a world title shot down the line.
No point in chasing Khan, he'd be avoided like the plague.

Murray should now go for the Euro title. He has time on his side and should have a world title shot in the next 12-18 months. I was very impressed with him last night. He was in the best shape I've seen him, good defence and obviously has very good power at the weight.

Khan is on a different level altogether now and unfortunately I don't think we'll ever see Murray step into the ring with him.

I would like to see him fight Mezzache before the end of 2009. I think that if he is to step up to world level then he will need all the help he can get and having a lot of momentum on his side would be a huge help, the last thing he needs after a performance like that is 4/5 months out of the ring. Strike while the rod is hot he didn't take much punishment yesterday so why not have him out in December against Mezzache and if he wins earley there have him out again in March.

The wife was gettin really excited last night at the thought of Murry-Kahn.
I tried to tell her it was unlikely that would happen, but she wants it real bad.......the slut.

Murray can't beat Khan. Look at the way he struggled with McAllister in the early rounds, with Thaxton in the opening round yesterday, even Lawton gave him a bit of trouble early on when he was trying to stick-and-move. Khan is a far better boxer than any of those and far quicker and at a far higher level now. Murray can't deal with boxers. At least with Mezaache, he might draw him into a fight like Thaxton did.

As much as I would like to see Murray fight Khan because I don't believe the hype about Khan, Murray is a lightweight for now and should focus on his division. Get the Euro fight and then look at competing at world level. Mick seems to like doing it the old fashioned way and taking on real champions so he could take a while to adjust instead of just picking up a paper title like Khan but let's see if he can compete at the top level. Just hope he somehow manages to get on the tv whilst doing it which sadly is no guarantee.

Euro shor definitely. Murray is strong but right now khan would beat him. Murray dont move his head enough and is far too stiff. I hate to say i but Khan would pick him apart.

that McAllister guy laid the foundation on how to beat Murray, speed and footwork, if the guy had a little more stamina the fight wouldve ended differently imo
