It don't matter because Cotto will dismiss Manny via body shot so it doesn't matter what happens in camp ..

Way too many distractions surrouding Pacquiao once again, it may cost him some day..

He jokes around with reporters while training ???

They seriously should be isolated from anyone.

Agreed. And Roach doing interviews any which way and telegraphing their one and only game plan to the other camp is not the best thing. That could give Cotto a round or two late in making adjustments in ring, no matter the outcome.

MP's progress in training is good. Nobody should expect the Pac man to be sharp and in fighting form w/ just a couple of weeks training. Personally, if I was being trained by Roach, I want/expect him to tell me if I'm doing good or I suck. I don't think Pac wants Roach to sugar coat his comments.

Omar Henry and Team Pac did not agree on terms. He will be substituted by Jose Luis Castillo, on Roach's conditions that he is in good shape.

That Omar Henry looks like a clone of Cotto, they should have done all that is possible to get him in. Castillo wont be of any use...I doubt if Castillo could beat the likes of David Diaz as of now.

I wonder why Roach is so vocal about the gameplan

never in my life have i seen so many boxing fans (*******s) make such a big deal about sparring sessions. and not only in this fight, it happens in everyone of pacquiao's training camps. these people are so awed by sparring sessions it's really become irritating to say the least. word to *******s, THIS IS ONLY SPARRING! NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS! (shouting) DO YOU U N D E R S T A N D THAT? :nut

Reading through the threads, the *******s actually aren't making a big deal of the sparring sessions, outside of expressing concern over the distractions at the camp.

Personally, I like these threads because I got some interesting insights regarding Pac's sparmates (i.e. some posters knew of Porter as an amateur so it was interesting what they had to say about Porter). And it might (again I emphasize might) be an indication of how Pac can handle being with a bigger guy in the ring

Discussions of the styles that the sparring partners bring to the camp makes for interesting conversation I think. Which is why it's pretty disappointing when most of the posts are pretty much saying "sparring don't mean ****! Just wait and see on the 14th! Pac is gonna run from cotto lololol!" :-(

In the end, it's a news article and something to discuss (this is a forum after all) and not some nuthugging post. Not really the fault of the Pac fans that there are a lot of news articles on Pac's training camp floating around.

LOL Floyd's "running" is different from Manny's style. Floyd throws one punch and moves away. He's a point getter! Manny's punches has intent to hurt his opponents. Floyd is just in the ring to get in the ring.
