Do some of you really think Wlad actually has the balls to step inside the ring with Tua?

Wlad was scared of Ibragimov for gods sake!!! and he fought tony thompson like thompson was the second coming of mike tyson.

Typical ******ed post of a hater. Iggy was fighting scared and if one guy just tries to survive it's not easy to look good. Thompson had long arms and was game, he was undefeated for eight years prior to fighting Wlad and earned a shot, unlike Tua at this point who just beat a club fighter. Oh, and Wlad beat Iggy and Thompson in one - sided fashion, so your point is?

Wlad had the courage to rematch Brewster who had actually beaten him, he had the courage to face Peter, who, at that time, was hyped as a tysonuesqe KO machine.

    give me a break.

these wlad fanboys think it takes courage taking on an opponent who's about a 20-1 underdog. LMAO.

But assuming Wlad is afraid of Tua is reasonable???? Name an actual powerful puncher Wlas has ducked? Brewster was considered a big puncher, Wlad fought him twice, Peter was hyped as the next Tyson and Wlad fought him when his career was on the line. He beat Byrd who beat Tua. He never tried to avoid a mandatory challenger. Where is any basis for your assumption he doesn't have the courage to fave Tua? Tua is like 3 inches shorter than Byrd and far less skilled, he would be a very easy opponent for Wlad to keep at a safe distance.

You probably thought Brewster would KO Wlad in the rematch becaue Wlad would be so afraid. Wlad has never ducked an opponent, period and accomplished a lot more than Tua.

So a quick flick through this thread shows a lot of people saying Wlad would follow the same gameplan as Lewis to decision Tua. And I agree that's exactly what he'd try to do.
But the truth is that he'd actually have to execute it perfectly. He'd have to do what Lewis did but better. Because Lewis still got hit, and I'm pretty sure most would agree Lewis had a better set of whiskers than Wlad. I dont think Wlad would take a Tua hook very well at all.
So my question for all those who think Wlad would beat Tua in this way - do you think he can go 12 rounds without getting caught at all? Do you think Wlad, at this point, is a better boxer than the Lewis that beat Tua?
