No question. Pacquiao's left hand is un****ingholy. I legitimately cringe when he's doing the pads and he unloads with that.
Is that why he is still considered the best fighter pound for pound? People don't respect boxing because it is more about money than the actual fighters. Guys who are applying their trade and putting in work don't get the shots they deserve because of politics or what promoter they are alligned with. Corrupt judging doesn't help. The fighters just fight. You can go on and ***** about two pounds, but the fact remains that the only way JMM was gonna win is if Floyd was weight-drained. You know this, and maybe that's what you wanted to happen, but two pounds ain't gonna make one damned bit of difference. Get over this and ***** about the real problems with boxing. Why does John Ruiz constantly get title shots and is still highly ranked even though he hasn't fought in over a year? Why weren't established contenders like Sakio Bika or Librado Andrade put into the Super Six instead of Dirrell and that other guy? Why isn't Shane Mosely forced to fight a mandatory, even though he has held the title for more than a year. These are more important issues and real reasons why some are turned off to boxing, not two pound. There should be no catchweights anyway. What if Ray Robinson hid his greatness behind catchweights? Ray Leonard stuffed his pockets with quarters to conceal his true weight. Get over it. A great little man lost to a great bigger man. It's over, now let's move on.
I would like to see him fight better WW opposition also, no doubt about that, but I am still a fan. I have questions about him, too, but I think he don't think Mayweather wants to fight too much longer, so he wants to get one or two more career-defining fights, and that's it. I think he wants the winner of Cotto-Pacman, and then Mosely, and that's it. Williiams is too big, and I don't think he can effectively make 147 anymore without draining himself.
The only way this fight could have been competitive is if Marquez had all the physical advantages of Floyd plus being able to carry some of his speed from lightweight. Even then, Mayweather I think would win, but not nearly as easily.
He is probably right about Cotto. Plus, Cotto has to worry about 2 things now in their fight, Nov. 14th. Pacquaio's left and his RIGHT.
no one eats ice..specially mexican ice. filipino ice is just as bad. He's right and its a legit excuse. Not as bad as bad socks but you get the idea.
the hater with NO life STRIKES AGAIN Nothing comes out of his mouth EXCEPT hate! :dead What a lonely life?!:yep :smoke
Hatton/Marquez is a big money fight in UK. I hope Marquez makes a lot of money, he deserves it. Marquez should win this fight, but watch for the judges.
When he talks about Pacquiao, he's talkin more from a fan's point of view. Because he teaches the fundamentals for boxers to have solid technique, he probably gets amazed with some fighters who get by with sloppy/nontextbook technique because of their athleticism and natural abilities.
