I've seen a video of valuev buzzed before against a guy who hits him with a fast combination about 4 punches land flush and he grabs on, I've been trying to show my dad the video but can't find it, i'm pretty sure the guy is a bum, any help would be great thanx

He got buzzed pretty good against Jean-François Bergeron.

I think Monet Barret nearly knocked Valuev down with a right hand in the opening seconds of their fight. Don't know how hurt Valuev was though because it looked like he got hit while he was leaning back on his heels and that might've been what had him stumbling off balance.

Not sure if he was that hurt but he got hit flush with an 8 punch combination from Taras Bidenko, sure was some hard punches. You can see his knees bend a bit.

I was going to say the Bidenko fight, I'm sure that's the one BF was thinking of.

He was stunned momentarily (got caught cold in the 1st round by a good right hand), but not really hurt and literally seconds later, he hurt Barret with his own right hand. Not close to going down.

Ruiz did nearly down him in the 2nd round of their rematch, but that was as much a bad-balance thing as a good punch landing.

Nobles, Bergeron, Barrett, Bidenko all had him a bit wobbly. If Haye really puts his punches together, he can make the giant fall...

This is the most important part of Haye's fight plan if he is to be successful in my opinion.

Vidoz had him wobbling for a moment. The problem is he's so big he just shakes it off.

Haye should beat him comfortably, though.

He got hit with a pretty flush left hook by Gerald Nobles in their fight, managed to wobble him and send him back on his heels temporarily:

True, good shot and Valuev stutter-stepped. Interesting though that he takes a just as heavy right hand when firing back and doesn't even blink, so no doubt Valuev has good whiskers.

What the hell happened with Nobles anyway? Built up a record, lost just that one to Valuev...then did nothing for two years. Won a fight in '06, another in '07, then retirement again.

Valuev's been buzzed a number of times when he didn't see the punch or wasn't ready for it. He really has trouble with speed.. If Haye can do to him what he did to Gurov repeatedly then we can all be cheering "Timber" by round 4-6.

it would be funnier if Haye repeated the Gurov trick and had him sparked after a minute or so.
Hayes stamina needs to be spot on. I think flurry move then mix that in with some real heavy power shots is the way to go
