Hard to guess, JMM definitly have what it takes to outbox Hatton but he doesnt have the agility to get away from Hatton's hug and thug technique.. Due to that, I'm leaning towards Hatton just by a small margin.
At his very best Ricky gives him a fight ( and maybe even outmuscles him ...MAYBE ) but now Hatton takes a billion punches and gets stopped on his stool.

I think Hatton will be too big and strong for JMM at 140. Not that JMM wouldn't do alright...but he's not fast at the higher weights and he doesn't have the kind of pop he does agaisnt guys his size.
All floyd lovers are praying for Marquez to Ko Hatton because they want you to think that Marquez is the greatess fighter ever and was beaten by superman floydrunner, I just know Hatton will annihilate Marquez in a brutal fashion, mayweather is nothing.
