Jones is great but looking great in highlight reels does not an ATG make.

Coming back from defeats, showing consistency, longeativity does.

yeah perhaps a lot like tommy morrison... roy was a rib off...without any talent :) over the last 20 years roy jones junior is the best fighter... he did lose after his heavyweight title... but again... in his prime he was supreme... no one didnt come close... only guy might be sugar shane,.... but no... roy jones is an atg... if you say otherwise....you are not into boxing

he is/was a great fighter, no doubts but being super flashy does not make the greatest of all time.....

one of the greats of his generation ofcourse but greatest of all time...come one man....

by the way he also forgot to fight some guys like this man

I agree he is #1 pound for pound in history. But I wouldn't say he is the greatest of all time, it depends on what he does with the rest of his career. Maybe if he wins against Danny Green, Bernard Hopkins and beats Glenn Johnson then yes I'd say he's the greatest of all time because he would have literally have beaten every fighter he has ever faced except for Calzaghe.

I don't think he is overrated. And he isn't "Good" he is "Great" but not the greatest. You can't be a ATG and just be good, bro.

Roy would have made him look stupid. It wouldn't even have been competitive. Calzaghe would have been competitive even in Roys prime but Calzaghe is a legit ATG skillwise.

Well -- Roy Jones could've did a Lennox Lewis and retired after the win over Tarver, because it was obvious that he had loss a lot. But he fought on and loss everything. He still fights on, but of course he isn't the same. But who knows, maybe able to beat some weak belt holder, maybe even have one more surprise for us.

    You ****ing tit..

You trying to say, Roy Jones did'nt show any consistency..?

Longeativity..? How old is Roy Jones again..?

How many fights has Roy Jones had..?

How many fights has Roy Jones won..?

How Many titles has Roy Jones won..?

Roy Jones Junior owned the pound for pound status..

Still the best hooker in the game..

    Still the best combination puncher...
